    Be very wary, once you’re subscribed, you will have to terminate your payment method before you can cancel your account. Cancellation is not possible online or using the app.

    I have tried 10 times to modify a list but system keeps reverting to previous list. Garbage. Cannot even do it on my desktop computer.

    "Market" button generates constant pop up "The biggest market surge ever". I signed out, and deleted and re-added app and it didn't fix it. I Created the same stock list 4 times, it never appeared, had to exit out and go back in to see it. Not intuitive how to change or customize the order of created stock lists. Poor search function. Poor chat bot features. Poor/nonexistent AI features. This app is clunky and unimaginative. It's like someone who only works on a computer, just tried to put what you do on the computer into an app, instead of being creative, needs an ai agent. Their help deck folks don't know the app as well. This app frequently just shuts down, like 4 times in 2 hrs, it won't let you keep more than 15 lists, it won't keep the order you want to list the stocks in even if the blue sort arrow is not active. Everytime you go into your lists if you had selected a method of sorting that you like it's got to be reselected each time you go back in. I want to be able to easily sort my favorite stocks in order for a list. Should be able to see after hrs trading easily and % invested for hedge funds or large investors.

    I’ve used this app for at least 6 mo. It’s been very helpful and useful. But in the past week or so, the stock charts just stopped coming up on my iPhone 11Pro. It says “retrieving data” but the charts never come in. I tried clearing my web history. Signing out and signing back in. Turning my phone off and then back on. Nothing has worked. Everything was fine for the last 6 mo. Then in the past week they just stopped working. I guess I’ll try reinstalling the app. But it shouldn’t be this difficult.

    IPAD. The old version had lots of issues. The new version is worse. My lists fail to display until I restart the app multiple times. Incorrect prices are shown at times, especially at startup. Prices stop updating and I have to use another application to confirm prices. Too expensive for issues like this.

  • IBD’s Take No More

    The app is fine and comes in handy. However, since the update, IBD’s Take section is no longer available. This was a convenient way to verify my buy points and I am very disappointed that this feature has been removed.

  • Missing Lists

    My Lists have been missing for 2 weeks. Cust Service says they’re working on it but no restoration in sight. This is a core part of my subscription and it needs to be fixed.
