  • Too complicated

I immediately regretted buying this app the minute I tried to use it. The marketing copy made it sound easy but I didn’t realize it’s a third party number you have to call and the number of the person you are calling has to be in your contacts and there’s no way I could figure out to make sure it’s actually recording while recording. Tried to get a refund but no dice. Should have just torn a $20 bill in pieces and flushed it down the john.

Cannot use the keypad of the phone to make needed selections for a phone tree. Please fix this! Cannot get back to my phone’s keypad and the sight doesn’t supply one.

I was on a call for a government procedure. It took around 3hours, it suddenly turned off, and there were no recordings left.
