I have played this game on and off for a few years, there’s a few big issues. Skills saying they do something they don’t, literally 0 players communicate, cost of stuff is egregious, feels like mid game nerfing if your doing too well, people having United States when there clearly Chinese or Korean, ranked matches full of what feels to be non speaking bots at a high level. Literally made it to grand master and it seems only free play 5v5 plays like ranked which is insane to me. This game is mad predatory on American players from what I see compared to there native app so avoid this game cause no matter how fun the characters are, your 4 other players don’t speak English and don’t want to group with Americans.

Issue 1: Severe Match-Fixing (“Acting”) in Peak Ranked Mode The Peak Ranked (巅峰赛) mode is currently plagued by widespread match-fixing behavior. Players are deliberately underperforming, throwing games, or colluding to manipulate match outcomes. This is not an isolated incident. It is a persistent, systemic problem that is fundamentally destroying the competitive integrity of the mode. Issue 2: Dishonest and Negligent Customer Support As an ordinary player who genuinely cares about fair play, I have invested a significant amount of my personal time repeatedly reporting these offending players through WeChat customer support. I did this in good faith, believing that the support team would take meaningful action. Instead, I have experienced the following unacceptable conduct from your support staff: • Customer service representatives repeatedly gave me vague, dismissive responses and made false assurances, rather than addressing my reports honestly. • On multiple occasions, I was explicitly told by support agents that your security team had already banned several of the players I reported. • However, after receiving these assurances, I found those very same players still actively playing in-game, clearly never banned at all. This means your support team either lied to me directly, or your internal communication between the support and security teams is so broken that players are being told false information as a matter of routine. My Questions to Your Team I want direct answers to the following: 1. Does your customer support team and security team actually care about player experience? 2. Is your team genuinely committed to maintaining fair competition in a 5v5 ranked mode? 3. Why are ordinary players who spend their own time and effort reporting violations treated with such indifference and dishonesty? 4. Will you provide a transparent explanation for why players I was told were “banned” are still playing? I am not writing this email out of anger alone. I am writing because I still want to believe this game can be fair. But that belief requires your team to be honest, accountable, and responsive. I expect a substantive response, not a templated reply, that addresses each of the points raised above.

You’re playing against either bots or opponents that’s waaaay above your team no in between. The matching system isn’t designed based on player’s skill levels or ranking, it’s literally designed to put players in a frustrating loop of losing then win a few games then losing streak again to keep “User Elasticity”. Think of this matchmaking system as cyber gambling cause every time you press that match bottom you’re gambling away your sanity.

This is a place for free skins. Not ranked games. At first it will be easy (of course). As soon as you are in a high rank, the game will make u lose twice more than what u win. In my experience, I won 4 games, then I lost 5 games after winning. The I won 1, then lost 3. And also, even if u play well, it will still give u an unfair rating. I recommend ML. It’s easier to rank up in ranked but not much free skins. If u focus on gameplay and competitiveness play ML. If u just want free skins from different collabs just play HoK. PS: Developers of HoK, if u don’t want people to stop playing ur game cuz of unfair systems (as u can see in other reviews), pls fix or it will be your downfall.

I’ve contacted customer service again and again and again. They have one response and it’s “We see that you are a good player but you should report these players (they do nothing about it when you do), look up tutorials (which I do all the time), and use signal (which I do). So why do you RESPOND THIS WAY WHEN YOUR MATCHMAKING IS SO BAD?! BLAMING THE PLAYER WHEN ITS YOU WHO PUT US IN THIS SITUATION?! I had a mage who didn’t help, fed, and walked in circles at base and we GET PUNISHED AND LOSE A STAR BECAUSE OUR TEAMMATES REFUSE TO COOPERATE?! HE GOT PENALIZED BUT SO DID WE BECAUSE THE GAME WAS 4 vs 5 instead of 5 vs 5. Explain this to me and then you have THE AUDACITY TO SAY USE SIGNALS AND REPORT PLAYERS THAT YOU HAVE NO INTENTION OF MAKING IT RIGHT?!

有玩家开局就恶意影响己方发育，与对面串通，给对面刷分，这都举报不了。 经常匹配水平差距非常大的队友，玩一百局只有五局左右才能匹配到实力相当的队友和对手，游戏体验总的来说，体验非常差。 制裁机制也是太假了，故意不打团、送人头、摆烂的举报不了，打前排正常死亡还没别人送人头的多，这也被举报成功，太没意思了。 给一颗星是，游戏福利还行，但是对战游戏，没有对战乐趣。
