  • Billing and canceling is a nightmare

    I’ve tried to cancel three times and they keep billing me FORTY DOLLARS OVER over again. If you read their TOS, they have the right to change their subscription price at that time and they DO. The content is weak and not remotely worth the price. But this review is because they maliciously make it hard to cancel.

    I am very upset with this company. And I just found out I am not the only one. I have been signed up for a years subscription that I did not purchase voluntarily. I will not pay anymore bills and I am reporting you and putting out a strongly worded warning about the shadiness of this company.

    Literally a nightmare. Cancelled months ago. I still randomly get charged 25 dollars every two to three weeks. Absolutely stay away from this app. I’ve never seen an app this misleading and unprofessional in my life

    I downloaded the app and started to answer the question to set up the app. I stopped because there were so many questions and never went back to the app. Then the charges started hitting my bank account. Could not figure out how to log into the app to cancel. Finally realized they used my Apple ID email to set up the account. I NEVER USE THAT ID FOR ANYTHING BUT APP PURCHASES. Trying to get my money back now. Run.

    Paid for my subscription, I was very excited to begin. Now the application keeps freezing and won’t even sign in and there’s no way to cancel the subscription either, only keep purchasing for seemingly no reason.

    I signed up for this app and paid for the trial subscription. The app set me up on automatic renewal, but I was unable to cancel the subscription via the app. Sent them an email to cancel the subscription, but that email was ignored. They billed me for the $24.99 renewal. I emailed them again and explained that I emailed them early to cancel. And, now they are saying they cannot refund me the renewal. Very unfortunate.
