    Instead of actually giving me any actionable advice or skills. The cbt ai agent just parrots useless questions back to me. Way worse then using Gemini even though this is supposed to be specialized

    I really like this app so far. The guided prompts and insights are great. I really wish there was a hand writing option on the journaling. Something happens in my brain when I write something down versus typing. I just assumed when downloading it would be a feature. I’m more disappointed than i thought i would be because of it. But other than that, really great app!!

    The chatbot freezes so often, it’s not worth the paid subscription. I was told there would be an update but I’ve been waiting for months. It will freeze spontaneously and as soon as two responses.

    I don’t usually make reviews but this app deserves it. This app has help me so much, I always get caught up in my emotions, sometimes I feel all of them at the same time sometimes I don’t feel them at all, but this app helps me to put what I feel into words, give it a name, look at my own internal world in a more conscious way. It’s really helpful, 100% recommended. They have great exercises and different ways to help you get through the day, you can vent, you can also dare to analyze what you feel or just meditate. It’s an app that I appreciate that exists. Thank you creators 🫶
