    Great app! To challenge yourself has great stuff! I honestly cheated today went to another app ladder and i tried one of their teams didn't like it felt like i was more challenging here so i am back 😬

    I’ve had too c sections and had been having trouble finding exercise that I could keep up with. I was looking for something that I could do without causing injuries to my back and this app has been the answer. Before I got pregnant with my firstborn I had done the OG BBG programs so I was familiar with Kayla. When the app popped up I thought I’d try it out because I had liked her other programs and I remembered that she had postpartum routines that she made after having her baby. I’m still working through my second postpartum workout and I’ve gradually gotten stronger . This app makes it easy to stay motivated and offers so many options. I like that I can customize the home gym to the equipment I have.

    Personally trainer in my pocket. I never feel lost at the gym and I always have something new and exciting to do at the gym. When I started I had no idea what to do on half of the machines but this app changed that and made me love weight lifting. Even when I don’t want to leave the house Kayla has amazing at home workouts that kick my butt. This app is worth every cent!

    Being using this app for activity for almost 4 years now. If you can get yourself motivated enough to do a home workout, this app is for you but you can also take it with you to the gym too. There are tons of equipment work out available as well. It’s so much cheaper than buying a gym membership. It’s just a wonderful thing. Love it, thanks Kayla and sweat team!

    I really like the app. The workouts are great for in gym and for the spells I find myself only able to workout from home. Only thing is I canceled one workout app for this one, and this one has way less yoga options on it. I’ve been going to YouTube to round out the sweat workout routine, which is fine, I just wish I could get that all in one place instead of across multiple apps.
