Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.     I love this app so much! It’s made getting back into a workout routine so easy and mindless for me. The programs build at a rate that’s manageable, I love the built in timer, and I can do it at home if I need to! I’ve been doing the post-pregnancy program for 9 weeks and it’s changed me!

    I love love love it. Through pregnancy post pregnancy twice. I switch up the trainer or program when I want a change need help. I still revisit post pregnancy hip mobility by Kelsey and Kayla programs. Like 10+ years starting with BBG.
