    App never works as it is suppose to, specially online! Pin post don’t register, grid is always messy.

    I never take the time to leave a review — probably done it twice in the history of using the App Store. But for a paid for app, this interface is notoriously buggy. I have to sign in and out of the app constantly to try and refresh my feed from our business account. The photos just won’t show up when you hit feed planner — so frustrating

    always getting logged out from my ig + they force you to pay to for features that used to be free. this app used to be PHENOMENAL and i used to recommend it to everyone, but the way they have shifted in recent years with the expensive subscriptions etc makes it not worth it. clearly many people feel this way from the many recent 1 star reviews. If you care about your apps users make it more accessible.

    Overall a decent app, but the bugs are annoying especially when paying a monthly subscription fee. I ended up canceling it this morning because it wouldn’t load my feed up even though i logged in and out multiple times. I normally don’t write reviews, but y’all gotta do better. Especially if you’re charging people monthly.

    Been using this app for nearly 5 years and up until the most recent update, the app worked great. But now, it’s ridden with glitches and bugs and the new update is just not it. Things take so much longer to load and the app always crashes out. The website and app don’t sync properly together anymore and to do one task is incredibly frustrating. The quality of this app has gone downhill and I hope they revert back to whatever they had before.

    I have the paid version. The new update erased all my photos and planning. I don’t know if that grid is recoverable. I’ll update this review if emailing them does anything.

  • Upsetting Update

    I re-upped on a premium membership because I love certain features on the app. I just set up how I needed it and then it was updated and my favorite features removed. Ive been using UNUM for a few years now and my favorite feature was the ability to switch post from the top all the way to the bottom without having to drag and get lost along the way. Now the only way to move things is to drag and drop. The other feature was being able to move things either all to the top or bottom by the feed in one click. Now I’ve already paid for the year and I want my money back because it no longer works. Oh and the app keeps shutting down anyways so what’s the use! (And I rarely write reviews. The year just started and my annoyance having to write this sent this from a 2 star down to a half star. If I had my features and this update I didn’t ask for I’d be amendable to sharing my love for the app🥹)

    Whoever was behind creating the newest update genuinely deserves to lose their job. Used to be a great app and now it’s basically unusable and not user friendly at all. PLS CHANGE BACK!

    I had to pay in order to even get into the app, stupid of me. No matter what I do I cannot connect my instagram to this app. The sole purpose I got it for was feed planning. I feel scammed.
