  • Convenient, but the mobile experience needs work

    The HoneyBook app is useful for staying on top of my business while I’m on the go. I can respond to inquiries, check projects, and send invoices without needing to be at my computer, which is a big plus during busy days. That said, the mobile experience could definitely be improved. The calendar interface isn’t very intuitive, you have to pull it down from the top instead of just seeing a full monthly view and selecting dates easily. It slows things down more than it should. The UI for contracts and invoices also feels a bit clunky. Navigating between screens isn’t as smooth as I’d expect, and switching between different sections can feel slow at times. I’m not expecting the app to fully match the desktop version, but a cleaner, more responsive UI would make a big difference. Overall, it’s helpful, but there’s room for improvement in usability and performance.
  • Not intuitive and not good for iPad users

  • Lots of bugs lately

    Over the past couple months the app has been so glitchy. Anytime I try to add a smart file to a project the app freezes up and I’m forced to quit it. I’ve contacted the HoneyBook support team multiple times about this with no solution. I’m forced to only use the desktop version of HoneyBook which is extremely frustrating. For the price, this shouldn’t be an issue I have to deal with.

    I used to LOVE this app. I would recommend it to all my business friends. Now, I don’t know what is going on. I keep having glitches, they charge a lot to process payments and it’s one problem after another when using the mobile app. I’ve literally lost money because of this app. Very discouraging.
  • Lacking Editing Ability in App

    I love honeybook and all of its capabilities but I feel like the editing abilities in the app are seriously lacking. I can’t edit lead forms or smart files and if I’m on the go and need to do something like this quickly it hurts to have to wait till I’m in front of my desktop to get that done.
