    I have been subscribing to this for years and it used to work great. I subscribed to it through Apple. For the last several months I was paying the monthly fee and when I would open the app, for months now, it would tell me purchase was not successful. My card was successfully charged each month, and when I would log in through a browser it would say I had a paid account. I contacted support numerous times and never got any response. So today I finally gave up and cancelled and uninstalled. There are a lot of VPNs out there that work, unlike this.

    Wonderful app and well worth getting to at least try out. Reasonably priced, only complaint is it’s really hard to reach a live agent if you manage to still get malware bc customer clicks on an obviously suspicious email and then it’s best to learn how to spot them. But that’s not AV’s fault, just stupidity of the customer.

    If you think you’re getting all kinds of protection plus an iPhone cleaner for only $1.99 then you’ve gotten taken like I did. Oh you can get all that protection for $39.00 here or a phone cleaner for an added $23.00 the or get rid of annoying adds for $36.00. I believe I paid the 2 bucks for the total AV app logo only. Careful what you pay for. I’m 85 yo and on a fixed budget. Oh well - live and learn.

    I installed this on 4/17/26 tried to cancel the 30 trial on 5/7/26 but all I was able to do was remove the automatic renewal. I canceled because I couldn’t tell if it was doing anything. I have to add all I receive from HELP is a form response that has nothin to do with my question.

    I use to have hackers all day long and have total loss of 7 phones. All were paid for except a Samsung galaxy S20 I believe it was. Verizon is making me pay 2100+ for my hacked phone. They said I could keep it and a month later turned around and said they wanted it back. I didn’t have it anymore it’s long lost with trash pickup day. Anyway I haven’t lost a phone since purchasing totalAV

    Total AV scans on my items but seems to want me to delete duplicates one by one. I have over 9000 contacts and a third of them are duplicates.
