    Pleasant sleep tracker to use. My one complaint is that there is no way to freely add your own tag, making that feature rather useless for a wide variety of reasons.

    Makes you do a survey, sign and approve terms and conditions before last page where it asks you to pay. Also, too many ads. I don’t mind paying but not like this.
  • Suddenly poor tracking

    I have been using this app since March, 2017. I always wear my watch to sleep. It would miss data from random nights but this year it’s gotten unreliable. Missed data’s 9 nights in February, 14 in March and 7 in April. At one point I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Still isn’t working right
  • Works well, a few quirks

    Works pretty well with a few quirks. The “tag what happened” section is filled with all manner of goofy nonsense like “nature scene video pre-sleep” which is senseless. Who is ever going to do that? How about adding more real world tags like “chemo treatment” or “grandchild sleepover”? I know this is an ad supported app but don’t make me dump out of the app and re-enter. Let me “X” out of the ad after 10 seconds or so and stay in the app. Otherwise I like this app, the oddball tags just make it a little goofy

    I don't understand why I even pay for a trial subscription if the app doesn't even work. I press play, but the sleep recording doesn't play. I wanted to give it a chance and waited a long time, but the voice recordings just don't work.

    My app is not recording effectively. I wear my watch everyday. Especially at night. I slept at least 8 hours but the app only recorded 4 hours. The app did not record Wednesday, April 15th at all. This inconsistency has been going on for a while. I may not renew. I need the information for my health.

  • Don’t waste your time, nothing works correctly

    You can’t do anything unless you pay the greedy people. Literally garbage app even with “paid” subscription the app is nothing close to accurate. Pretty much it’s a voice recorder. The falsification represented should be removed. Do Not waste your money on a “voice recorder “ especially when those a free.

  • Sleep algorithms problem

    I am a long time paying user and am ready to give up. I have a few sleep apps, most using data collected by my watch, and one part of my tempurpedic bed. This app produces results that are sometimes so different from the others that it is almost comic. The others produce results that make more sense - with similar outcomes. Last night is a perfect example. SleepWatch “detected” 8 hours and 45 minutes of sleep. Apple Health and the bed AI tracker report 6 hours and 45 minutes of sleep. These latter results fit how last night felt for me.
