This company is disgusting, Closed my account stole royalties and blocked me on all platforms. Read there terms and conditions, literally a 100$ liability. This company has 5k followers on TikTok do you really think it was 20k reviews… Check there Reddit community. This company is garage. Complete garage.

I want to share my experience with Amuse, because what happened here was not just disappointing - it was outrageous. I signed up to distribute my music and, before I could do anything meaningful, I was required to pay a membership fee of around 20 euros. I paid it. Then I invested even more of my time preparing my release, uploading my tracks, filling in all the required information, and submitting everything for review. And then, out of nowhere, Amuse blocked my account and accused me of intending to use the platform for fraud or artificial streaming manipulation. That is a very serious accusation. So naturally, I asked a very simple question: based on what? What exactly did I do? What triggered this decision? What evidence was there? Amuse gave me no real answer. No specifics. No transparency. No meaningful explanation at all. I then tried to explain the situation in good faith. I made it clear that I had no intention of doing anything fraudulent, that these tracks were uploaded for legitimate use, and that I was not planning any kind of manipulation. Again, no real response. Just vague, dismissive communication. At that point, I stopped trying to prove that I was not guilty of something they could not even properly explain. I simply asked for my money back, because if you take someone’s payment, block them, refuse to provide the service, and refuse to explain why, then the least you can do is issue a refund. Instead, I received another generic brush-off saying, essentially, that they would do nothing. That is the part I find especially disgusting: they accuse the customer of fraudulent intent, while their own behavior looks deeply questionable. They take your money, deny you the service, provide no clear justification, avoid proper communication, and then keep the payment anyway. If you treat people like this, you should not be surprised when your own conduct starts to look dishonest. I am not writing this because my release was rejected. I am writing this because of the complete lack of transparency, the refusal to explain a serious accusation, and the refusal to refund money for a service that was never actually provided. My conclusion is simple: Amuse was quick to label me as suspicious, but in the end, their own behavior was the most suspicious part of this entire experience. I would strongly advise others to think twice before paying for this service.

Customer support is just an ai that won’t help you. You’d get put on hold for DAYS with no help or response. Horrible

I was recently told that they let you upload music for FREE FOR BEGINER ARTISTS!!!! I wanted to upload my first song but learned that they DISCONTINUED THE FREE VERSION BECUASE THEY NEED MORE MONEY. Amuse? More like, Dissapointment. This is a scam, they will make you pay $5.00 a month and STILL take half of your earnings you make. DO NOT INSTALL IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SOMETHING FREE TO USE!!!!!

I had used this service for years but when attempting to give feedback on recent developments within the service I was met with uncalled for animosity and condescension. It has become increasingly clear to me since I first began releasing with Amuse that they care less and less about the actual artists as they continue to prioritize their bottom line. Very unimpressed with the way they treat their users, and I will be very sad to move on, but can’t stomach to use the service anymore given its current trajectory and the unwarranted way in which I was spoken to.

i deleted the app after a day. but only one day, during a free trial, it just took the years worth of 25 bucks?? wtf
