    This changed the way I see how the human body sleeps. If you want to really see how good or bad your sleep prep and cycles are this is the app for you. If you want to have better behavior, this is the app for you. I’ve noticed I’ve gotten amazing sleep by purposely making sure I actually utilize the app. Once you see your numbers your excuses of being tired either will be valid or False. Good luck

    You get a lot more specific and relevant sleep information. And no stupid monthly subscription. I gave it a4 because it can be a bit complicated to figure out. But they do help with descriptions and definitions. It’s my go to.

    Excellent insight into the duration and quality of my sleep. Super easy to use. Just need to remember to charge your Apple Watch before bedtime, put your phone on the charger and it automatically does the tracking including start and stop of sleep and number of times you wake up during sleep. My wife and I use it. I’ve also added the AutoSnore app. It tracks snoring using your iPhone microphone. This app requires turning it on before sleeping and turning it off when you get up. I use a CPAP. It gives me insight into whether I’m mouth breathing during sleep.

    I use this app daily and I utilize the information I receive. It has made a huge difference in the way I feel as a result of getting better sleep. I’ve been using this app now for at least five years. Best sleep app out there.
  • Respiration Monitor Faulty

    The App is great, except I’m constantly having to reset the Respiration feature. That requires accessing the Health App in Settings, switching to All Off for this App, turning off and on the phone, and then hoping Respiration on App is active again. It often isn’t. It wouldn’t matter except this feature is why I bought it. And yes I’ve deleted the App and downloaded it again, and followed all the steps to reset as per the App
