    Auto pick up is a feature offered to some but not others. No one from support or got schedule will follow up with a request or ticket. It’s all a big scam!

    The app is so frustratingly glitchy. It is constantly signing me and my employees out for no reason. I’ve had multiple availability and request offs just disappear after I’ve approved them. It won’t load swap requests properly when I go to approve do I can’t see the team members names. I wish I didn’t have to use this app for work!!!

    This app consistently takes 3+ quit-and-relaunches to even open semi-reliably. Only for me to open the app and find that the roster doesn’t load. That “lightning fast” update is baloney. There’s gotta be an insane level of data optimization to be done internally.

    Sometimes the roster of the crew load and other times it never does. It says refresh and it doesn’t load still. Help! I have to log in on the browser to get the information I’m looking.

    There's no way to filter the shifts. I couldn't care less about the people that work the other shifts. I now have to comb through all the team members. It is time consuming. It isn't as easy to navigate. I should be able to choose which layout I want on the app because this is not it.

  • Duplicated shifts on my calendar

    I really do like the app and it’s been super helpful with my job. The layout is very nice and simple, which makes it extremely easy to see who I’m working with and when I’m scheduled to work. I connected my calendar app with it so it’s super convenient and easy for me. My only problem with it is that whenever I open up the app each day, it duplicates my schedule on my calendar app and makes it extremely annoying. I once saw it have 4 of the same shift. It’s a little disappointing because I want to see who I’m scheduled with each day but I try not to open up the app more than I have to due to this bug.
