    You cant cancel your subscription because it doesn’t even pop up when trying even though they have your card information

    Audio resets to English dub after every episode, it used to remember your choice until app was relaunched at least. Please fix this what do you have against subbers

    Not sure why all the low ratings. It has a lot of good anime! So much to pick from. A better alternative for people who want to leave Crunchyroll.

    Tried to log in but it kept saying it couldn’t find my email, went to make a new password but it said error. Made new email and subscribed but nothing would play. Logged out, logged in but nothing played. Don’t waist your time with HIDIVE

    Cant even chat with support, they say they will reach out via e mail 2 weeks later nothing! No response no reaching out, not even checking what is the problem. The app is horrible, not user friendly at all, you can’t even use “space” to pause or play. Every episode need to change the language, somehow it just opens the episode not with my preferred language.

    Ever since the last update, I haven’t been able to use the app at all. After it opens it shows “No Content Available” on every tab except for the Store. It doesn’t even let me log out, just refreshes the app and it still says the same thing.
