It will never let you place or take calls on this application as it will give error 1000 citing network issues but this is 90% of the time. Unusable service recommend finding another provider/app.
  • DO NOT RELY ON THIS APP FOR YOUR BUSINESS

Countless issues, you need to register your number for an EXTRA 20$, pay extra to be able to text. No spam blocking at all, no way to reach customer support by phone, can’t be used with your business Zelle or any other important service because it’s an app. Run in the other direction, worst experience I’ve ever had with a Company.
  • Overall good experience but I'm switching.

Only calls, costs extra for messaging. Constantly logs me out so I'm looking to switch to another app that doesn't do that.

I almost never give reviews but I’m so impressed by this app, I had to say something. It’s just so intuitive and has so many advanced features. I’m blown away.

I am a travel agent and I communicate with clients a lot over text. Sometimes these texts end up lengthy because I’m sending instructions or responding to their questions etc. This app - which has been great otherwise - fails to send messages when they are a little long. Not even that long, like 2 paragraphs of text. It’s soooo frustrating. The amount of time I spend copy & pasting my text into smaller fragments, and then having to send multiple texts instead of just one long text - is infuriating. Also sometimes I schedule texts to clients with info for checking into the accommodation or finding their driver. Then later realize it failed to send and never notified me that it failed to send. So all this time I thought my clients got that text but they really didn’t. It’s so frustrating. Can you PLEASE change the limit for text message length?! It only tells me the message is too long after a VERY LONG message which it won’t allow me to press send. But when it’s only a slightly long message - it doesn’t tell me it’s too long as I’m typing. Once I click send, it just appears with “failed to send” underneath. It’s just the amount of time I spend fragmenting my text messages - that is the annoying part. I wish I could utilize the schedule text feature more because now I have to schedule 3 separate texts to clients sometimes and then they send out of order, etc. UGH!!!
  • Absolute Worst Customer Service

Absolute worst customer service and client experience I’ve ever had. It takes days for someone to reach out to you with an issue. I tried porting a number and it took my entire free trial to do. I effectively got 2 hours of my free trial before I paid $200 for a year. I asked for an extension because I was trying to port a number and they wouldn’t give me one. Then my number wouldn’t make outbound calls for 3 days after it was ported. It’s been 2 days and no has contacted me regarding my issues. Now I’ve paid $200 for a line I can’t use. Also, you can’t control your caller ID unless you have a business with a tax ID. You also can’t text without paying. The whole thing was an absolute scam.

Not user friendly, my porting was denied every time, and I was charged over 250 for something I can’t even use
  • Unreliable is an understatement

At least once a week I uninstall and reinstall this app in attempt to make it work. From randomly deleting calls, to not logging new ones, to forgetting saved contacts, to randomly closing, its function as a call and contact database laughably pathetic. And don’t get me started on the call and message quality. Calls drop, choppy/one-way audio, delayed audio, message sending failures due to “database errors”… I regularly beg my boss to find an alternative but he’s sunk too much into setting up his business around the numbers he paid for at the outset to turn things around. If you can help it, please don’t give them any more money until they turn this dumpster fire of an app into something that could passably be called functional.
