  • Bug Issue

Every now and then my headset will disconnect from my quo through Bluetooth. I know it’s not my headset because I’ve used multiple headsets on this device and it’s the same issue. It seems to be resolved whenever there’s an update. But it is annoying because whenever I’m on a call and it disconnects my clients can not hear me and sometimes they hear people in my office talking to their clients which can cause frustration. If this issue is solved I would never use another platform because other than this issue, Quo has been the best platform I’ve used so far.
  • Unable to Text, Hidden Fees, Lack of help support

I’m unable to use the texting feature. Had to pay an application twice and was rejected both times onto my third time. I scheduled a call with their support team (as they’re over a week out to talk to a person) & they blew me off and never called during my appointment time. When I brought it up in a support case, they told me to try scheduling another appointment for 8 days later & then stopped replying when I asked for someone sooner as I already scheduled my original one a week out. I’m starting to notice additional fees they’re charging which aren’t making sense either. In the process of disputing those. I’d recommend trying another texting/calling service. The lack of support, hidden fees, & lack of usability just isn’t worth it here.

The Quo system forces you to create a temporary number to create an account before being able to port a number. After ported number appeared, i was unable to remove the temporary number. Quo’s customer support is limited to Ai and email. No human telephone support available to handle multiple questions that Ai was not able to handle. I am new to Quo but not new to digital services, with the lack of customer support from Quo, i decided this platform is not right for my business use.

What's the point of being a sales on boarding tool that allows you to capture calls when you can't even make it past the first page of your login information. This is a bugged platform. I answered all the questions, but it will not let you move forward. I'll move on to the next offering.

We’ve been using the service for about 5 months now and it’s going well. Little bugs here and there but nothing that keeps it from working. Desktop apps are wrappers around a web app so not super native feeling. The app on iPhone and iPad is more integrated with OS and uses the Apple Call Waiting system really well - you can put people on hold and take another inbound call. I believe that feature is in the works for desktop. Somewhat integrated to Apple CarPlay. The founders and other staff are very accessible via their subreddit. Very engaged user community around it. Amazing API and Claude integration let you customize to your heart’s content.
  • Will cost you business - DO NOT GET

The phone quality is terrible. I often had to tell clients to call me back on my cellphone. However, that wasn’t even the worst part. From the first day, I got an INSANE amount of spam calls. I mean, it was more than 10 a day, everyday. It got to the point that I wasn’t answering phone calls because it was likely a spam. I advertised my QUO number on my business cards and website, and had to change all that. Absolute nightmare, do not get.
