    The article just confirmed what I already knew was going on in my mind. My negative thoughts were part of the reason I felt like reaching for unhealthy snacks, instead of trying to do something else to get rid of them. Yesterday, I was overwhelmed, and stressing over my current situation, which has nothing to do with my weight. I suddenly thought, “I’m hungry!” But, as I was walking around, I thought to myself, “Am I really hungry, though? My stomach is not growling, I don’t have hunger pains. Am I really hungry, or am I just bored, or stressed?” I realized then, I wasn’t really hungry at all, but stressed. And eating is a way to help comfort me through stress. The negative thought pattern was, “I’ll never get this done! I have so much to do. Why even bother with it?” I was able to recognize that thought pattern, and made a conscious decision to do something else, instead of eating. It helped confirm that I can separate the negative thoughts out, and stick to the plan.

    They charged me for annual subscription for $38 and it end up monthly a monthly charge. They charged me 3 months, When i asked for a refund for the last month as i cancelled, they emailed me and said “check our terms of use”. Stay away, they will keep charging you!

    It is a very good exercise for someone who doesn't have time to go to the gym. I didn't work out as they recommend, but if I did, I would have lost weight. I would advise that people need to use these workout exercises

    They claim it’s a trail period, give you a discounted rate- then charge you triple the amount and won’t refund. Claiming it’s “their policy”.
