    The workouts are only 15 minutes so I don’t have any excuse to not do them, as I do with longer workouts when I’m pressed for time

    Its focus is on weight loss, which is not my goal. I just started but it does not connect to Apple Watch fitness tracker or Sharpa weight tracker apps. Personal trainer is NOT AI generated. That’s great. I’ll give it 12 weeks. The first fitness training was 12 minutes. But you can ask for more. My home training is 90. I’ll update as I go. Perfect for me to get back into fitness after recovery from an injury. But disappointed that it’s not recording workout other than Betterme. Maybe this is best suited for sedentary people.

    I have just been wanting to exercise to lose some weight. I had zero motivation and this app helps me achieve my exercise goals. I still don’t want to do the workouts but the app pushes me to do it and I’ve been doing it pretty consistently. I do not do gyms. I only work out at home. So if it wasn’t for this app I wouldn’t actually exercise. I really like how you can adjust your intensity level and all the other features this app has like logging your calories and logging the amount of water you drink. It’s not just about exercise. It’s everything you do that also matters. 10/10 would recommend this app.

    There are better health apps out there. Their meal plans are sub par. Aside from an option to choose a general type (ie keto, Mediterranean, diabetes, vegan etc), there is no other way to manage. They give you different meals every day without options to increase serving size, or to repeat meals. Can’t choose ingredients you don’t like so it doesn’t offer the same. It also doesn’t come in American measurements if that is something you like. You can track your own meals manually or by photo but they have free apps for that. They offer exercise plans but there seem to be apps that can manage both the nutrition and the exercise portion better. They also offer challenges but charge you for them. So you will pay an additional 14.99 or whatever to do a 30 day squat challenge if you want. I don’t recommend.
