  • Sam supports genocide

Sam’s political activism is in conflict with his mindfulness efforts. His hypocrisy and racism are unacceptable. Supporting genocide in Gaza while supporting theocracy in Israel is not ok. He hates Muslims, but isn’t able to separate theocracy from individuals. All of this troubles me and I can’t support him at all in any way.

Sam you have an opportunity to bring something meaningful to real people. But you fail them because they have less ego than you and every guest you’ve ever had…I guess your audience is other thinkers. If so, have fun! The real world spins.

Also the custom audio player wreaks havoc on Apple devices like home pod.

I have been practicing with this app for six months now, with almost 2000 minutes of practice. I truly believe I will keep practicing for the rest of my life. Just 10 minutes every day plus the courses have meaningfully changed my relationship with thought and attention. It’s not that I have achieved some major spiritual goal in this short time, it’s that this app has helped me glimpse it with enough clarity to see that this is worth pursuing. This is some of the best money I have ever spent, and I cannot recommend it enough.

It kinda feels like I’m a kid staring at a stone, trying to make it levitate. It’s as though someone told me I have magic powers but I can’t find them and I’m growing frustrated trying to find the “person who is looking”, etc. I have hope it will start to click. I do trust the process but it’s a frustrating and slow moving one for me.

I’ve been meditating consistency for a long time and always struggled. Never felt like I fully understood how to do it and if it was working. This app very quickly changed how I understood meditation and how to practice. Very grateful to have stumbled upon this. Life changing in a very real way.

I do not like having to install an app before I learn there’s no functionality without a $160 subscription. This is slimy.
  • Fantastic structure for beginners and experienced alike

I have been meditating for some years on and off, so sitting is not new to me at all, and yet I still found much that was quite useful in the 28 day starting course. O think it would be a fantastic grounding of concepts for beginners as well. I am keeping the subscription and will be using it as my daily meditation app going forward. I highly recommend it
