I’m not new to meditation, but I’ve never experienced anything like Waking Up. I do know that for me, personally, I had to be where I am today to truly benefit from it and really get it! The best part is that there’s nothing to get!

That someone with his politics espouses mindfulness of any kind. Very disappointed. Will not be paying for this subscription any longer.

For one brief moment, following Sam's description of viewing the contents of a clear lake, I suddenly experienced unmediated contact with the present moment. For less than a minute, I was startled by reality appearing closer than it had before. Brighter than it had before. More real than real. And then it was gone. But not forgotten. It really is, or was, like "riding around on the ox looking for the ox."

I’ve tried all the main ones like headspace and medito over the years and this one hands down is the best. Sam Harris did a great job. Very smart guy. Very good speaker.

I get so much out of the daily meditations, let alone all of the different series that are so very helpful
  • Real Deal

This study has been invaluable for me. I’m loving the small courses that follow each meditation and how Sam is teaching the practice instead of just holding meditation sessions. This is how you change lives. Thank you!
