  • Too many issue.

    I’ve been subscribing to this app for almost a year now, most of the livestream has issue. You can’t watch the game WITHOUT any interruption! Many were complaining about this during the Women’s World Champ in Thailand. Now it’s happening again during the Club World Champ in Brazil. You just can’t watch the live game at all cause it’s a black screen. If you’re planning to subscribe to this app, might as well go somewhere else. You’ll just waste your money!

    I use VBTV all the time on Google chrome. Feels like every time I open the website it’s worse, not streamlined, not straightforward, not accessible, doesn’t have any memory whatsoever on what you’ve watched. So painful to watch volleyball.

    Fire the product manager they are use less. None of the matches match the videos for beach volley world championships!

  • Please include local commentary

    THANK YOU for correctly labelling regular season games this year and adding new English commentators!! My only request is please include the local commentary where the game is being played, not only English. I watch Japan SVL regularly and some games don’t have English commentary, but the broadcast shows there should be a Japanese commentator. The Italian Serie A has an option to play Italian commentary when there is no English commentary, but this option is not available for Japan. Also - THANK YOU for adding the Argentine volleyball league! Maybe someday please include the Philippine league!

    I’m getting charged for indoor/outdoor vb access when I only signed up for beach vb. Customer service people are not helpful. Feed is unreliable and app is very buggy.

    I am having so many challenges. I have 3 devices, my cell phone, my Ipad, and my android TV. recently it keeps coming up as pick your plan even though I already have a plan. and Ive been paying for 2 plans because I didn’t realize I had 2. It’s a bummer when you want to watch a game, and it wont let you. It’s just so glitchy compared to most apps. while I totally appreciate the coverage, cause AVP coverage is worse. I wish you could update your app. and make it work.

    I have been using VBTV for a few years now and I had never been disappointed with the quality and the broadcast. The VNL was also great which helped me to renew my subscription but paying to watch games and I can’t even watch an entire rally because it freezes or it just stops it’s not worth for me to continue to pay. I honestly think they should refund everyone who’s having these problems

    They were struggling during vnl with occasional glitches or missing sets, but the world cup is completely unwatchable. Coverage is constantly frozen and audio is jumping forward and backwards. Watching online is just was bad as the app. Don’t waist your money. Hopefully they will fix this or coverage will stop being a monopoly and someone else will make a functional service where I can actually watch the games I care about.
