    Everyone gets a legendary starter hero unless you don’t know about the promo codes till after you pass the stage or time limit. Then everyone else has one and you don’t. It really sucks and it constantly makes me want to quit and start over. I wish they would just change the promo codes to if you haven’t used a starter code you can whenever.

    I paid 50 bucks to buy extra energy because the top rewards for the three days events and tournaments were a level 4 soul , and shards for a Legendary character the soul was for. I won every tournament enough to get the level four soul and reached all milestones to get all the shards available from all the events , I thought if I won it all , and stayed up till 3 am each night to make sure no one passed me on the tournament I’d get everything I’d need to get a overpowered legendary with a 4 red soul to buff him. Welp , the events and tournaments ended and I only got 75/100 shards . I was like oh… okay weird , then a few days later it said “ here’s an offer for you! Incase you missed some shards in the last event! “ it was the legendary I grinded for till 3 am , mind you I work at 5 am but figured three days of no sleep is worth that buffed character . I was annoyed they said “ in case you missed some shards “ . I didn’t miss anything , the company fabricated the illusion you’d get it if you beat every mile stone and tournament . They made it a pay wall to finish the character after I spent $50 to get max rewards from the milestones and tournaments … I felt scamed , I brushed it aside . But the offer was for 6 days … it flashed at me maybe 5 times a day without clicking on it like a targeted ads knowing dang well I had the remaining shards to finish it if I spent Another 50… out of protest I didn’t buy it .. other than that the game is 5 stars but that made me feel so sour..

    For the champion pass it should be bought with the gems and if we want the whole thing at once then make us pay for it (PLEASE) do that next time

    Tried getting my account back because I stopped playing this game for about 2-3 years and contact support took so long to respond first respond took 1 day second response took 3 whole days and you have to provide three horrible rules to show that you are owner of the account which are model of device which I NAMED CORRECTLY secondly registration year and month how am I gonna remember when I made the account I was like 12 I have a very good estimate guess which I gave and I know I was rlly close to what year it was made but how would I remember the month who do you think I am Mr great memory and then thirdly you need the registration of the country and city it was made WHICH I GAVE BOTH CORRECTLY and I named other things like the account was free to play no money spent on it only something the owner should know and they didn’t care saying “you need all three of those things to get your account back” which is not the contact supports fault but the system the owners have for the account recovery on this game clash of clans gave me my account back so much easier and it was even safer than raids account recovery system only giovana was a goat and helped me with everything I needed to know and how the system worked without taking days to respond took less than 30 minutes something the other two couldn’t do horrible system and rules

    You should get new employees. Your game keeps getting worse.This game sucks. They stop giving you two chest per boss. They would actually give you good champions and loot. Now when I play 100 rounds I get three pieces of armor an the rest green shards. The lowest loot possible. The champions you summon are always the same. I’ve played over 3 years and it just cycles the same ones. Not worth it. They make you buy everything now. They got greedy as everyone else

    Absolutely love this game. I do dislike it’s a pay to win but do really enjoy the free to play grind of the game. It takes time and dedication, but overall a really fun game to play.
