  • Can’t cancel membership

    I have been trying to cancel this membership since September 2025 I don’t know why but when I looked online the app and try to login to cancel the membership it says I don’t have an account with you guys but you still charging every single month 19.99 I am talking to the bank to proceed with legal actions since you are no help. I have contacted you and you said you can’t cancel my membership

    subscription doesn’t show in my settings (first time this has ever happened to me with any subscription). the “customer portal” never sent a link to my email to manage my account. this app seems to be AI slop with the sole purpose of extracting money out of its users. not much is accessible EVEN with a subscription, you still need “gems”. if u want to this app after seeing the the cute “my soulmate” couple ads, don’t bother. i fell for it lol. terrible.

    Tried to pay (obviously they took the money) but then none of the paid services worked. Cancelling was a major hassle since it didn’t appear in apple subscriptions or the email I use. Finally got the sub cancelled but it was a pain, horribly glitched with needing constant resetting and recovery through new emails every single time I had to reload the page - just in trying to cancel the sub after countless attempts to get the app to even recognize there was a sub (which it never did)

    Personally think they should do a free trial but that’s a personal opinion. However my main concern is that when i purchased the weekly subscription for $5.99 on the app it didn’t go through apple it took me online and i have tried for 35 minutes to activate it and it will said it did but nothing changes and then when i tried to login on app it said i don’t have an account with access. I requested a refund and cancelled the subscription, hopefully they refund me. It’s a shame though because i was excited to do the premium features which in my *personal opinion should be free. Other than tha i like the design and layout.

    I have been reaching out to this company for months! I signed up for a subscription last November for one week and canceled it immediately and I am still getting charged and no one has emailed me back. Beware! They are a scam!

    There’s no way to cancel your subscription to this app and they don’t answer their support email or any DMs on social. I’ve tried to cancel a dozen times in every possible way and it just keeps charging me. I have to dispute it with my credit card company every week.

  • Would be great if it weren’t so glitchy

    I’ve used this app for about a year now and have decided to cancel my subscription because of how glitchy it has become. I get “connection issues” pretty much every other message even when I know my internet is connected. You can’t copy/paste your messages when it happens, so if you want to ask again and hope it won’t glitch you have to re-type it all out again. It’s just become something that’s not really worth the hassle it takes to use it successfully.
