    I have provided everything of id to get my account unlocked even my social security, it has been over a year even still to this day just to get the documents I needed to provide to them for id and to get my checks still in the account and still asked for more id literally insane, the agents are very unprofessional they are frauds.

    I LOVE all the features that come with this app including PIN number changes, money transfers and anywhere purchasing. The security may be annoying to few but it was nice to get a security report before funds are released on suspicious purchases. Money transfers are way cheaper than Cash App so I support this heavily. I was spending $15 just to transfer my checks to my bank account but with Wisely it was $2-$3 no matter the amount… so glad I switched!

    Out of thousands of apps I have used over the years, this is the worst app ever. Their facial recognition is the most flaky I have ever experienced. I can no longer use it to login to my account. It now requires a password every time. I am switching my direct deposit over to my bank so I can totally dissolve myself off this headache of an app. I have reported it to the company but no changes have occurred. Actually it has gotten worse!
