    Every time I ride these scooters it’s either not turning on or turns off halfway, and for some reason it decides to take 100-200 drams even though it did not even do its service properly, shows a mechanical service problem AFTER I ride it for 30 seconds , fix your scooters

    almost all the scooters are old most of them has at least one issue whether it’s breaks or throttle. you are charged based on time and you can’t go fast with these scooters because of malfunction or not being safe because some parts are broken so you end up paying more for less service. I’m switching to Jet and not going back until you fix your scooters.

    This app will add time to your ride to bump you up another minute so they can charge you more. The time on my ride said 4:52 when I clicked “End Ride”, 3 seconds later it said 5:06. They bump up your time to charge you more and rip you off.

    Wow! This has more functionality than Uber or Lyft. Maybe they should buy them out and leverage this technology in their subpar app! Thoughtful and amazing work!
