    the blatant erasure of heeseung is absolutely disrespectful. this is not how you treat an artist that has given his all to enhypen for six years. it is also absolutely disgusting how the company has been constantly overworking their artists for years. stop the mismanagement and treat your artists better.

    The overall structure of the app is convenient since you are able access multiple features. However, the fact that it functions primarily has a live streaming platform yet the APP doesn’t function properly on tablets or computers seems counterintuitive. While you could use it on a browser like google or safari, there is a convenience feature of having it work as an app. You are able to download it on a table but it doesn’t work in landscape mode which is slightly disappointing. Further more have two different types of memberships seems like a cash grab. I have purchased the membership that allows me to get presale for concerts, but besides that the membership doesn’t do much else which is a shame. Then there is the monthly membership option that allows you to have a bit more features on the app. Logistically it seems more that these two being separate is a cash grab. When paying $20 for a membership you should be able to at least have some of the benefits that the monthly membership provides. For example the subtitles, this should honestly be available without any type of membership, but it not being included in the $20 membership is beyond absurd. Vlive you will still remain the best live streaming platform.

    Weverse was a good app to communicate with idols, until it wasn’t. Hybe has been mistreating, overworking, and taking random members out of groups/hiatus. This has to be a pattern of some sort so we should boycott to protect our idols and get members back. (Ex- Heeseung of enhypen)

    DO NOT use this app! It is managed poorly! It uploads inaccurate translations for lives, recorded videos, and post. Hybe, who manages this app, are money hungry and don’t respect fans or artist. They take the social out of social media: interrupting fan/artist interaction and engagement. Live does not sync very well. So you are most likely to miss the chance to engage with your favorite artist. No explanations for lives that end abruptly. They limit artist freedom of speech. It’s literally not worth the time. If you download it you will experience 0% of customer satisfaction and 100% customer DISSATISFACTION. If you care about how you spend your time, your experience, and your favorite idols, do not download or use this app. And especially don’t purchase anything from here, unless you don’t mind artist mistreatment, being suppressed, and/or wasting your money. I WOULD NOT recommend this app to anybody. I was not at all satisfied with their services for the same reasons listed above.
