  • Terribly designed app - ads galore

    This app is awful. Even when you pay premium, you’re still shown ads at every turn (when you pause, when you start new episode, etc). What’s the point of paying if you’re still shown ads nonstop? Switching between devices makes you lose your watch progress. The app alerts you when you lose WiFi but it flashes nonstop, disrupting your viewing. It’s truly a horribly designed user. You’re better off paying a premium for Viki or any other drama watching app. Skip this one if you can find shows on other platforms.

    I paid for VIP and was expecting the ads to disappear. Not so! They are constant. They’re there when you pause a video, when you’re browsing for a show. Just everywhere! What’s the point of VIP when you still get ads? What am I paying for??

    Terrible! There are 4 ads in a row and it says skip but it won’t let me. I have to restart the app about 10 times PER episode. I believe this is to get you to pay instead of use their free version. I’ve left a review before but apparently they only post the positive ones.

    This app has so many flaws, through loading and layout it's bad. It's so bad that it feels like a scam. Then there's the programming, even when you pay for full access they want you to pay extra for the "short" stories. And don't even try to get a refund they try to punish you for wanting to cancel. I'm more disappointed in myself in not doing my due diligence on this one.

    I downloaded this app to watch thundercloud rainstorm bl and IT WORKS SO WELL! It has a lot of the shows and dramas I wanna watch and it’s just a great app overall. I do have a problem with the VIP though. I don’t mind ads but the fact that I can’t even watch a show without having to pay is obnoxious. And also it’s really overpriced. 7.99 for one week? Are you KIDDING ME? It should be 7.99 for a month instead of a week. But overall I still love it just please fix the VIP thing. 😊

    great app overall and have recommended it to people looking for more dramas but my only complaint is that it kills my ipad battery ~ even when it’s not playing in 4k. probably also an ipad problem but other apps don’t kill the battery like this one. will continue to use it though lol

  • Why Vietnamese audio dubbing only in the USA Too much of the BL stuff. It’s overkill.

    Lately, this channel is saturated with BL stuff, I don’t mind a few, please don’t bombard us with nothing but the weird stuff because it’s overkill. 👎🏻I am a longtime subscriber in the USA, I cancelled today because lately you only have Vietnamese audio. It’s ridiculous. I won’t return unless you switch it back to Chinese audio.

    I want to love the app because the content is excellent but the app is glitchy. 1. Sometimes the app cuts off the last 5-10 minutes so you’re left not knowing what happens in your series! 2. I’m attempting to watch Dual Stars and it refuses to actually show the series and kicks back to the home page. So frustrating! 3. Subtitles need improvement.
