    I bought 2 more cameras for literal safety reasons they were very much needed and it’s giving me a bunch of error messages when I try to do the bundle plan for 9.99 i have sufficient funds I tried to add another card and it won’t even give me the option to fill it out. I sent a ticket and am waiting for a response it has nothing to do with updating the app or my phone cause both are updated in overly irritated there’s no actual support when something is wrong and who knows how long I have to wait for my ticket to get a response Aside from that my front door camera glitches quite a bit it’ll say there’s 3 mins worth of video but only give me 10 seconds of it SMH

    App was great until latest update. It will not load alert videos from local storage now and now there are huge black bars on the top and bottom of my screen.

    The new app is terrible. My camera is constantly offline. The features suck. I liked clicking the picture of a bird and going directly to the video of it. Can’t do that anymore. I am so disappointed and annoyed.

    The app will not work for longer than about 30 seconds at a time before it sends you back to the login screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times, have cleared the cache on my phone, everything. By the time the app opens, shows the thumbnails and I go to access a camera, I’m sent back to start all over again. It’s been like this for days on a 5 month old iPhone 17 Pro Max. I bought these in the fall but due to the way the mounts are made I had to await for better weather to install them, pushing me past the return window or honestly between being tied strictly to their app and the fact that the app doesn’t work, I’d send them back and get something better. I bought 2 2-packs of cameras for my home and can’t even use them $160 later. At least if you’re going to so strictly enforce only using your app, the app needs to be stable and working 99% of the time, not broken for days. I can’t even use the help in the app to contact anyone due to it not working. Junk.
