    I made a goal to lose 25 more lbs after losing 8lbs , However I didn’t have a straight plan ‘, I wanted to go some type of stretching program since I was like a 2x4 in cement after my 2 hip replacement surgeries. I started the program with simple some exercises and walking and 16 hours of fasting ,I do minimum 16 -22 hours for past 60 days Keeping myself focused on what I’m putting in my system,I don’t drink alcohol so my drinks are water,rehydrate ,coffee and soda My sweet tooth is ice cream I cut out soda and ice cream not missing either at this point ,I am very happy with this program and the fact that I haven’t missed a day for 60 straight days is a goal in itself ,not only am I capable to meet the program head on I like it And I was 243 I’m now 218 with 8lbs to go to meet my goal and it’s easy to maintain this weight without doing the gimmick weight loss tricks ,

    Does what it does, well. I’ve used a TON of these apps for health and weight management for the past 20 years and they’re always lacking something or doing too much. These guys got it right. If you fast and track macros, this will do it nicely for you. There are a couple of things I wish it did more or better but it doesn’t take away from my experience: -allow to schedule water intake because a lot of my success with weight management right now is water intake. I’d like to schedule it so I don’t have to keep checking my notes if I’ve drank what I planned to drink. -it tracks your fat intake but I wish it differentiated from healthy fats and otherwise in my foods. I eat a lot of fiber rich foods that also have tons of omegas and I always max that bad boy out. Again, not super important but would be nice. Other than that, I’ve tracked and logged for about 60 days and it’s the best app of its kind that I’ve ever used. I don’t really use or engage much with the AI Coach but it’s there if you need it. Kind of creeps me out but it’s easy enough to ignore.
  • Nutrition analysis is WRONG!

    The entries for food do not match the nutrition analysis calculation, therefore using the apps nutrition calculation you are consistently overeating. I have contacted support about this and have received only circular answers. THE APP DOES NOT WORK!! DON’T BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME.

    I started just logging some of the beverages I was consuming. Then, I snapped pictures of the food I was eating. There are many great features. The exercise portion and the AI coach are helpful. The more I use it, the more I find new features to love.

    I’ve been working to get fit for 6 years with minimal results despite using other fitness/weight loss apps and systems. Simple is literally that….simple. I’m consistently losing 1.4-2 lbs per day following the daily routine. On track to meet my goal weight ahead of schedule. Thanks SIMPLE
