Good, not great

Allows you to see trends and make adjustments. Not the most accurate. I’d also like to see an option for a goal of body fat % as I’m not worried about my weight.
Love it

Good info but poor support

We have had the scale since Christmas 2025, my wife got the band shortly after but quit using it because of short battery life and other issues, app has a lot of info, but not really DEXASCAN, level as it was inconsistent readings and contradicting interpretations in health reports. For the last 10 days I have been getting a warning to not use my weigh in because of low body water percent, my body water has been going up and currently read 58-60%. They don’t notify customers when an update is needed. Many things still aren’t functioning but still show up in the app. It’s entertaining at best right now.
Make it right, Hume!

I paid for a year of Plus access, and after the free trial ended, so did the Plus features. I have contacted the company three times now and have provided the documentation they've asked for, yet my app still is only the free version. Either refund my money, or open up the app for full access like I have paid for!

I was in an accident and had a pelvic external fixator on because I fractured my pelvis. I bought the human band, hoping it would show my progress. It wasn’t showing anything. It told me I was bad even when I started exercising.. Then I realized I probably needed to get the Hume band in order to get the overall picture. After I got the band, it wasn’t tracking my steps decently. I wore my Fitbit just to see. Fitbit was very good at tracking my steps and the human band did not. It was always like a couple thousand steps lower, which is a lot. I really I’m not happy with the way that you can read it. It’s just so complicated to me. It’s very confusing. It tells me that I am severely low on water and I drink a lot of water. I drink more than half my weight in water. I don’t even know what to do. Even though I have been exercising walking after being in a wheelchair for three months, it still doesn’t show that I’m very and gives me a low score. It’s actually kind of defeating. I really wish the charts were easier to read. It doesn’t tell you exactly how you have deep sleep, which is what I really like to see. Overall, I’m just not really that impressed..
Love the App and What it Measures

I love the app and knowing more about my health status however sometimes it is not easy to troubleshoot issues. Would like more intuitive hints.
Great product

There has definitely been a learning process! My numbers are changing and improving so I’m beginning to understand how it all works.

Do not purchase this half baked horrible product. We have had the Hume scale for about 4 months and it constantly shows the weight wrong, so much that the only time the weight shows correctly I get a warning that my weight is significantly below the average weight I normally have, so Hume suggests deleting the weigh in and trying again. Let’s repeat that, when my weight is correct, it says it is wrong, but when it is 3-7 pounds over my actual weight, it says it’s good. The in app rating system shows up to 5 stars. The programmers have set it so stars 1 - 3 give an error, please try again. Hit 4 stars, and it brings up the App Store to leave a positive rating. Hume is a garbage company trying to farm positive ratings from a terrible product. Here’s the 1 star you deserve.
Just what I needed

This scale is just what I needed to help me have a clearer picture about my health. I have recommended it to everyone I know.
