    It used to be the right level of challenging but still fun. However, the newest updates have made it unplayable. No ads for energy, recharging times are terrible, daily scoop isn’t possible. They set super difficult (week long) objectives for tiny rewards. They’re constantly trying to lure you to spend money. Ugh just don’t bother

    In the last six months, the developers of actively tried to ruin the experience. They’ve cut off all free resources. And have made obtaining free to play goals impossible. Everything is five to $12, customer support is a joke, do not download this game. I’ve been playing for years. The game has been sold and they are trying to push away all customers.

  • Ads

    I noticed this as of late. What happened to the ads to replenish most energy, to quickly revive an item that produces? Was that removed during the recent update? I know the majority hate ads, but I think this game spoiled us with ads that reward us.

  • Even communication difficult. Priced out of range

    I have enjoyed playing Merge Mansion for quite a while. Lately, however, the cost of any kind of purchase of gems or ongoing enhancements has skyrocket. They have priced themselves way out of existence. I am leaving a review here because I cannot find how to write to support in the game. This is all very un user-friendly. I have refused to purchase any more in the game and I’m making no progress and I don’t find it fun anymore. I wish others well. If you change the game, maybe try and let us know if we stop playing. It’s sad that something that was that much fun has become such a disappointment.

  • I don’t like the new update

    Ever since the new update it became harder to earn energy points. You cannot get the extra daily energy chest by watching an ad. Nor can you earn extra 25 energy points by watching an ad. Why this new change?

    i’ve been playing for 2 or 3 years and made it through 36 rooms. for a while most updates either just improved glitchy map areas and moved around player’s resources on the screen. i appreciate that the game has always not included disrupting ads and instead let you choose to watch for extra energy points. THIS WAS THE BEST FEATURE, NOW IT IS GONE. being further into the game i really required having the option to watch those 4 ads and get more help to be able to complete 1 or 2 tasks for the day. i would’ve preferred they updated it to unlimited watches, but instead they removed it completely, they say its to help people i say they want more money out of us. there’s no reason 100 energy that only lasts you 20 items and gets you nowhere should be $5 and there’s no reason to take away the ad feature that didnt force people to watch them anyways. sucks seeing my favorite game get money hungry and not want people to be able to finish it eventually when that is obviously the goal of downloading. dont suggest downloading to any new players as i feel these types of resources will simply be taken away more and there wont be any opportunity for them to finish the game.

    It’s impossible to play this game anymore! You totally spoiled the whole experience. I didn’t delete it immediately after update, cause I hoped that it will be changed back, but no… so deleting it now!

  • Bonuses missing

    I like playing but with the recent update I no longer can watch an add for the additional daily bonus chest and the other daily bonus is also gone. I typically don’t watch adds but I felt that those few were worth it. Was this an on purpose change or are my settings just wrong somewhere?

  • Impossible to progress

    I enjoyed your game, at first. However, the last few days it’s felt quite “fixed.” I wait 5 hours for producers to recharge, only to max out at 4-5 items. I never really counted previously, but I’d estimate production was around 20-40 before these past few days. Even after using a time jump, it’s wasted because using that hard earned item only produces 2-3 more items and the clock starts all over. Why is this happening?

    The recent changes have made it less fun. The worst change was getting rid of the slot machine at the end of the season passes, they’re now impossible to get to the highest rewards or anywhere near them. I used to part the extra $$ to get the full season pass every few weeks and won’t be doing that anymore if I can’t even get to the top. I also love to trade and earn the reward at the end of the day which now seems to be difficult to get the items you need to trade. Most of them aren’t even items you can build they seem to be items that you just have to wait for like the flowers that pop out of the vases every x amount of minutes so you’re just waiting and not able to actually play anything.
