    I started with meditation and breathing exercises a few years ago. I started meditating using the Insight Timer app but it was not cheap. This app doesn’t have all of the creators that bigger operations but it is definitely effective. I like the way I can do breathing exercises with or without a narrator. I also like that it’s free

    I like the Breathing prompts and the ambient sounds. My only wish is that the ambient sounds would start and stop with the breathing timer.

    Psychiatrist recommended this to me for panic attacks. I use the breathing meditation when I feel panicked and I haven’t had a panic attack since. Literally nothing else, not even medication, works as well as this. I especially like that you get to control how long your inhales/exhaled are. I’ve slowly increased and am happy to say I’m up to 14.5 seconds. Very fun and have shared with everyone I can.
