    Update: love seeing the Cubs lose. Just swept by the Brewers. love it. That’s what you chumps get for paying for this garbage! Life long Cubs fan and former season ticket holder now rooting against the Cubs. Criminal what the Rickets have done making us pay to watch the Cubs. The reason the Cubs built such a big fan base is because everybody in the country could watch them on WGN. Now you are alienating those fans by making them pay to watch. Most fans won’t pay to watch and long-term you’re going to lose so many of your fans.

    You can’t fast forward on the app. There’s advertising on every play. You get blacked out from many games. And cancelling is nebulous. In the course of a decade we went from every game on the antenna to every game behind a pay wall. How do Young people afford this? My 45 yr relationship with the sport is over.

    Great app unless you actually want to watch Cubs games. If you even try to log in it’ll crash or it’ll freeze. You can sit there pressing the login button for 2 hours and nothing will happen. Another magnificent win for the Ricketts Scam Network

    The app constantly gives me problems 1. It crashes when I try to login. 2. Airplay hardly ever works 3. Voice and picture are usually out of sync

  • Mediakind is not very Kind!

    I got the app specifically to watch Cubs games from my phone to my TV. Last season I was happy to stream it through the provider Mediakind. No glitches. However I cannot watch a game with out Glitches and poor streaming. I have used another streaming app to watch the game and it works fine. No glitches however the quality of the picture is not great. Come on Rickety!

    The app has to work. Casting is total bs. Lagging more than any streaming app I’ve ever used. Unwatchable. But I guess we have no other choice. Someone should look into the MLB antitrust exemption.

    I bought the app to watch baseball and it buffers the whole time / I miss plays / I miss replays / it stalls on every single commercial break - trash .

    Just re-subbed to watch the Cubbies and the log-in screen on the Apple TV literally only showed the letter currently selected. Everything else just blank. Was able to sign in but how about putting a couple bucks into the app.

    I have to pay 20 dollars a month to watch the cubs which I would consider if the app actually worked. Instead it is constant buffering to the point where it doesn’t even play. Horrible.
