    Don’t get me wrong. There are good books on here that I do like but what I don’t like about this app is that you have to pay so much money just to read one book and then let’s say you subscribe it is so expensive and you have to pay it weekly and then if you unsubscribe the book you already read gets re-locked again and all the chapters you already paid for and unlocked are gone and honestly, I don’t think that’s fair. If I can give this app a zero I would, but since I can’t, I give it a one star

    I’m trying to cancel my subscription and I went to apple subscriptions the app isn’t there. I looked on the app for a place to cancel or information on where to contact someone and could not find anything. The app is not user friendly for this. I’m very disappointed.

    I’ve tried/used a lot of different reading apps and this is hands down one of the best out there! I love the monthly subscription- as a quick reader it’s way more cost effective. There is also a huge variety of stories to choose from, I’m constantly finding new books everyday. The only down side is that sometimes the app promotes books that are not complete and then the authors take sooooo long to finish the story. There’s one book in my library that I’ve been reading for over a year and it’s still marked as “ongoing.” It would be nice if abandoned books were labeled as such or maybe removed all together; as a reader, it’s frustrating to get invested and then never get an ending. With that being said I’ve just changed the way i search for stories, i only read books marked as complete.

    I was reading a book and I liked it until it took an unexpected turn and made no more sense. When you like a book you can add it to your library but clicking the heart button I want un add the book from my library. I’ve tried clicking the heart to un add the book but it doesn’t work. There needs to be another way of un adding a book.

  • Good storylines, bad editing and hard to cancel purchases

    These have some of the best stories I’ve read from many apps. Despite being good in concept, many have contradictions and aren’t edited properly or are clearly using AI (in discrepancies). Also, I tried to get the subscription (since you get 60 seconds of reading for every 2 minutes of ads) and it kept failing to go through the proper apple apps way. I decided to use credit card. Now I have no idea/way to cancel.

    One of the things that's better than most of these pay by chapter sites is that you get more chances to unlock chapters. Nothing is more frustrating than only get a few coins and you never get enough to unlock more than one chapter a day.

    I liked this app when I could open it but I haven’t been able to get it to load and I’m still being charged and the customer service email doesn’t work please cancel my subscription anystories thank you

    This like other companies online are fraudulent they want to banking information to add additional payments that have no been authorized and then do not give you your money back after it has been illegally withdrawn.
