Update May 31, 2026: saw the message from the developer, emailed (again) as they suggested, and still no response. 😭 — My trail cam never seemed fast enough to capture anything. Images were usually empty. I reached out to customer support when the live feed stopped working and had yet to get a response after several attempts. Meanwhile, it’s been about 3 months and I’m unable to cancel my monthly plan. It hasn’t been a perfect experience and now I’m left with all this hardware and a monthly subscription I can’t cancel from the app.

Since the last update the app is so slow loading pics. I’ve tried on different networks and my cell network. All are slow as heck. It used to be a lot faster but now it’s terrible… Also, they removed the option to show colored night time pics when reviewing all the pics. You use be able to have color on all the pics when previewing. Now you have to go into pic to see night time pics in color.

Ap is fine. Both cameras will not stop snapping pictures about every 4 minutes. Have it set to be on a couple hours per day. Emailed with no reply. Paid for year of service in advance so letting it snap away

It seems as tho my sensitivity won’t go down low enough anymore causing me to have to buy a bigger plan. Other than that I’m happy with it
