    best choice of 2026 for a new mom of two. i dont have a specidic schedule and just wanting to get my groove back and feel good. each week i am finding the drive to want to do an additional class. i dont have to think what i need to do, i can change it up or stick with the plan. looking forward to the next couple of months where hopefully i see some results . This is the best app for those who cant find the time for the Gym .

    Ladder is a game changer. If you have focus issues or ADHD tendencies or diagnosis, or you are a busy parent or caregiver who hasn’t had time, so far this app motivates me and gives me enough info to succeed without losing my place, forgetting my watch tracker or my music and losing momentum. The app prompts and integrates it all. I am hoping this is the long term solution I need, sure feels like it.

    Love the fact you can pick your trainer that fits your needs, the community you can speak with daily and your coach. Love the daily workouts and any modifications you may need. Great app that I was not expecting to get!
