    This app takes the guessing work out. All you need is your phone. Team vitality it is perfect for on the go parents. All I need is to open the app and the plan is ready to go with warm-ups and cool downs. Can be used at home in a gym or in the backyard. Diversity and workouts keeps it interesting. With a team of like-minded people cheering each other on!

    If you actually invest in what ladder has to offer, it removes so much of the back end work in terms of planning workouts, diet etc. It is an excellent way to stay active and get in shape! I highly recommend!!

    I have payed for many fitness apps over the years. This is hands down the best one. It has a variety of teams/workout styles to pick from. Gives you 6 week course- then gives you 3 weeks to try out different teams. Has a nutrition plan that can be tailored to your needs, also has very active and supportive chat as well as the competitive part of keeping your streak by completing 3 workouts every week. Love that they offer workouts everyday that hits all the muscles but also lets you know the most important 3 you need to get done.
