    The Ladder app has been so helpful I like the most about it is power training with intention through phases to achieve the desired goals This platform offers a variety of coaches that will walk you through their workouts and have six days of workouts ready for you by Sunday night for the following week Sundays will be all up to you as they offer over 100 workouts to choose from called flex workouts from anywhere between 15 minutes to 30 minutes

    I started using this app about a year looking for something to do at home when couldn’t get to the gym. It is now part of my daily routine and I absolutely love it! It is easy to work into the day. I usually do it whole my kids ready for school and myself for work. There’s so much variety and really had helped my overall strength and fitness. The instruction is easy to follow at home too. I recommend to so many friends. I even got my 72-year-old mom to try and now she does it every day too !

    Im on Team Align with coach Sasha, its been 4 weeks now and Im loving this app. You get to track your macros, water intake, and do your workouts all in here. We have a team group chat and encourage eachother, also coach replies to our messages if we have questions. Im loving it here, im coming from another workout app and I have no regrets.
