Description

Tired of Googling every ingredient and still bloating after dinner? FODMAP Snap turns "is this safe?" into a 2-second answer — personalized to YOUR gut, not a generic list. MOST APPS HAND YOU A FOOD LIST. THIS ONE FINDS YOUR TRIGGERS. Other FODMAP apps are static lookups. FODMAP Snap learns from how YOU feel. Log a meal, log how your gut reacts, and the AI pinpoints which foods are actually causing your symptoms — bloating, gas, pain — so you stop guessing. SCAN ANY MEAL, ANY WAY - Photo: snap your plate for instant FODMAP analysis - Voice or text: just say or type what you ate - Barcode: scan packaged groceries in the aisle - Quick Check: verify a food without logging it (menus, shopping) YOUR DAILY GUT DIARY A clean timeline of everything you eat, with a daily FODMAP exposure bar that shows your cumulative load across all 7 FODMAP groups — weighted by your personal sensitivities and portion sizes. Calendar strip to review any day. AI THAT CONNECTS THE DOTS Feeling off but don't know why? Log a symptom and the app traces it back across recent meals to find the likely culprit. Over time it surfaces patterns, food stacking, and timing correlations most people would never spot. LEARNS YOUR SENSITIVITY PROFILE Across fructose, lactose, fructans, GOS, sorbitol and mannitol, the app builds a confidence-scored profile of what YOUR body tolerates — and updates it as you track. BUILT FOR SIBO & IBS A dedicated SIBO mode adds fermentable-starch and IMO warnings generic trackers miss. Whether you're in elimination, reintroduction, or maintenance — it adapts. RECIPES THAT KNOW YOUR GUT 160+ low-FODMAP recipes with "Safe for you" / "Caution" badges based on your profile. Import any recipe from a URL, photo, PDF, or type it in — get a full FODMAP breakdown instantly. ALSO INCLUDED - Portion guidance (serving size changes everything) - Follow-up questions: "What can I substitute?" - Saved foods for one-tap re-logging - Available in 13 languages HOW IT WORKS 1. Scan a meal — photo, voice, text, or barcode 2. Log how you feel with one tap 3. Let the AI find your personal trigger patterns 4. Eat with confidence Other apps give you a database. FODMAP Snap gives you answers. --- Not intended to replace medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before making dietary changes. Questions? Be aware that not all recipes are FODMAP-friendly.

Ive used this for a while, and its a great reference tool. HOWEVER, The recipe part of the app is completely useless, the recipes take you somewhere else, off app. And most of them are not low fodmap. That aside ive still used the list often to check what is safe/ not safe to eat. But just today! I have been inundated with ads that you CANNOT close! This was not like this before, and if i close the app and re-open. It re-pops up the ad. While it was a good tool for a while it looks like I will have to delete like every other ad spammed app out there.

I never let anything be automatically updated because I don’t want to be in a situation where an update ruins an app; you all know that happens. I haven’t used this app in a long time but noticed the update, checked it out and I’m floored! Six bucks for no ads? I’ve seen four dollars to get rid of ads and that seems excessive. I’m pretty sure I won’t use this app anymore because that’s just insane. I’d say “I have no words for this“ but I do. It’s not worth my time to put those words down. Wow. Just wow.

I just type in the search bar the food I am uncertain about, and instantly I know whether it is low, medium, or high FODMAP. Thanks for this great resource for us all who are living low FODMAP! I can eat in confidence and without spending twenty minutes scrolling lists of foods online.☺️
