Ive used this for a while, and its a great reference tool. HOWEVER, The recipe part of the app is completely useless, the recipes take you somewhere else, off app. And most of them are not low fodmap. That aside ive still used the list often to check what is safe/ not safe to eat. But just today! I have been inundated with ads that you CANNOT close! This was not like this before, and if i close the app and re-open. It re-pops up the ad. While it was a good tool for a while it looks like I will have to delete like every other ad spammed app out there.

I never let anything be automatically updated because I don’t want to be in a situation where an update ruins an app; you all know that happens. I haven’t used this app in a long time but noticed the update, checked it out and I’m floored! Six bucks for no ads? I’ve seen four dollars to get rid of ads and that seems excessive. I’m pretty sure I won’t use this app anymore because that’s just insane. I’d say “I have no words for this“ but I do. It’s not worth my time to put those words down. Wow. Just wow.

I just type in the search bar the food I am uncertain about, and instantly I know whether it is low, medium, or high FODMAP. Thanks for this great resource for us all who are living low FODMAP! I can eat in confidence and without spending twenty minutes scrolling lists of foods online.☺️
