Please fix the issue my Uber accept rate keep go down and can't increase the accept rate

Once you update you won’t hear anymore of the voice talk you will just hear a beep sound which is not noticeable and you actually miss a lot of offers.

This app doesn’t work. It just says something went wrong wrong all the time. Why am I paying for something that doesn’t work?

The app occasionally fully crashes, lags, error messages. The app does what it should when it doesn’t have these problems. Please update the app to fix these problems and I will update the review. 5/13/26: Issues still persist.

It cannot automatically refuse or automatically accept.

I been using Mystro for several years and love it! I would like to have one more filter: total drive time ( including eta and ride time until drop off) that would help al lot. For example, right now I only take rides that have 5 min eta and less than 20 minutes with passenger. However, if I get an offer of 6 mins eta and 10 minute ride it will rejected automatically. I would like to put in a filter let’s say total drive time 25 minutes and no matter what eta to passenger is as long as the ride is less than 25 minutes.

I tried using this app and subscribed but the app doesn’t work at all so I unsubscribed, I even logged in with my accounts but it won’t function as advertised

Doesn’t work for me after running through all the troubleshooting steps. App support and dev team on discord couldn’t help solve the issue either

I do Uber and Lyft on my iPhone 15 Pro. It is updated but the Mystro app keeps freezing and losing connections all the time. Fix it and I will update the rating to 5. Great app! Fix please. Update: 2/27/26 My entire screen is now frozen in Mystro, except for the toggles to enable/disable Lyft and Uber. No access to the menu at all. If I restart my phone and go to history, I get a spinning wheel on a blank screen. Sometimes it eventually loads. Most of the time, it just freezes the entire app. Weirdly, sometimes when I manually turn off Uber, Uber goes back online by itself while I am on a Lyft ride and starts pestering me with offers. Related? i can’t say. Going to uninstall Mystro and see what happens. Update March 12: Every time I open the app, it freezes. The only way to fix it is to restart my phone. April 28, 2026 Same recurring issues. If the app doesn’t catch your Lyft rides, use screen record. That helps. The only reason I keep the app, for now, is to get an instant breakdown of profitability and to record all the offers from Uber and Lyft. If the app is frozen, it’s useless.
