I purchased this blood oxygen app monitoring app due to serious health issues and needed reliable daily tracking. The app makes it seem like the information was updated consistently throughout the day. After paying, I discovered the app does not actually update daily, even though it still sends daily new notifications pretending as if there is new information, when you go into the app it shows stats from 2-5 days prior. For a health monitoring app—this unacceptable. Customers truly depend on these life saving apps. There is also no 7 day free trial to properly test the feature before being charged almost $30!! I requested a refund and even submitted proof of the app not working correctly. But my refund was denied. I would like management to reach out to me for a refund. If I would have known the app was misleading and not working—absolutely would NOT have purchased. Sincerely, A Very Upset Customer!

I recently had a sleep study that shows my blood oxygen is dipping dangerously low at night. I’ve been using this app for several months and it is never once picked up a low reading at night very disappointed.

I loved this app. As of April 17 I can’t get it to read or keep track of my oxygen, so I can show my doctor.
