    It’s is for free which is one of the best features. Although is is free there are a lot of features u don’t have like the scanner but u can just manually put in the information

    Maybe I’m not understanding this thing but it’s wanting me to eat almost like 160 g of protein and a six hour window. I am a 5 foot four woman. I don’t know how I could ever eat that much food and I’m trying to lose weight, not gain weight.

    This is the most easy to use free app ever. It has recipes and meal plans to help it has a fasting schedule all for free. Absolutely love this app and recommend it to anyone just starting to track calories and micro. The scanner to log food is free. It also tracks water intake. And weight. Can’t say enough good things about it. This app helped me with all my weight loss journey. Was 220 lbs. now 203lbs. With just changing eating habits. I wanted to get comfortable with eating before adding other healthy things.

    I’m currently on a glp1 diet plan so tracking protein & fiber is very important. There is currently no option to show my fiber intake on the main screen. I can see my fiber intake when I put in a meal, but it would be nice to see what it is for the entire day without having to manually do the math

    I love this app and how convenient it makes trying to eat healthy. One thing I wish it had was the ability to track fiber intake. It has lots of options in the food search (even restaurants). It also keeps me super accountable!

    I was referred to this app because everyone was ranting and raving about how great it was. I was excited to try it so I downloaded it. Sounds like if you are larger than the starting weight it goes up to, you are SOL….smdh!! This is a weight loss app, really?

    O app poderia melhorar em alguns pontos. Quando queremos fazer uma receita maior para porcionar, não há uma opção prática — especialmente para quem calcula por gramas. O escaneamento de alimentos também não funciona bem de primeira, o que atrasa o uso. Além disso, na seção de comidas favoritas, não existe a opção de pesquisar pelo nome, obrigando o usuário a ficar procurando manualmente, o que leva muito tempo.
