An app that only lets you in if you went to the right school or have the right job. Or say you do. Hallmark of the time we’re living through, I guess. Please revert from adhering your identity to your assigned role in the rat race. It’s not a redeeming quality to be a member of corporate America. No app can generate authenticity, yall- that’s like the exact opposite of what they exist for. Social shield. Go volunteer, meet a neighbor, join a community org and free yourself from the billionaire overlords who are doing everything they can to keep you here “hustling” to prove your validity. You’re valid ok? Go touch grass.

Still says I’m suppose to wait 24hrs when it has been 3 whole days and there are 30,000 new applicants. SMH.
  • Pointless app.

For what it’s attempting to do, you’d be much better off just using Facebook groups, which is free, more popular, and not trying to be something it’s not.

The app has been of great use, but I can’t use the app for more than 10 minutes without it crashing.
  • Absolute slop

There's no test to process your application, you just put in your profession and what school you went to. Not sure how they decide if you're smart enough based on that, this app is slop
  • They should use their platform to find UX designers…

A team of monkeys could come up with a better UX… the onboarding is just weird, funneling people into awkward categories. Also, tons of professionals are in graduate school, why is it one or the other? Once on the app, I’m constantly having to close the app due to missing “back” buttons all over the place. They paired the mechanics of Tinder with a networking app which is inherently ridiculous. The idea is to grow your network, not find the “perfect partner”

This app will not fulfill your dreams or even inspire you to imagine a new future for yourself. You can be ambitious as you want, but the “richers” will always control certain aspects of your life. This is the End of…
  • an app that finally solves the problem

clockout is one of the first networking apps i’ve used that actually understands the problem isn’t lack of people, it’s lack of curated environments. linkedin is too transactional. meetup feels random. most event apps are low-signal and fragmented. clockout compresses discovery by putting ambitious people into recurring real-world rooms with enough density that conversations happen naturally instead of feeling forced. the approval layer matters more than people think. once users believe the room is filtered, behavior changes upstream. people show up with more intentionality, better social calibration, and higher trust. the biggest value for me has been reducing search costs. instead of spending weeks figuring out which founder dinners, mixers, galleries, rooftop events, or industry circles are actually worth attending, the app surfaces them directly. the app already feels alive instead of artificially seeded, which is rare for social products. strong execution, clean ui, and one of the few networking platforms that feels built around real-world momentum instead of vanity metrics
  • Just a networking app with a gimmick

Honestly has not offered anything different than any other networking app. You can join groups and “swipe” on professionals you want to get in touch with. Useful for sure. My gripe is that I keep seeing influencer accounts post about how exclusive it is or how they are rejecting certain people but I honestly have jot heard this from anyone but influencers. I joined it and then my boyfriend asked to join the next day. The “waiting list” number was pretty close to the same as mine lol. Everything useful is is behind a subscription.
