  • Deceptive ripoff

    They say it is free cancellation within 7 days. I canceled in 5 minutes. There was no way to even check out the app without paying. I was charged, and it said my subscription would be canceled after a year (paid). Probably illegal

  • You removed the only useful content

    This app was never great and now it is absolutely useless. Removed the line-chart of easy visual performance history, and removed the pull in each game showing the change and up/down. Now I have to click into each game to see that. So dumb and so useless. Way to lessen my engagement even more.

    I really, really dislike this app! The interface totally sucks and there are way too many ads and it's not worth even downloading IMHO. It's become less about pickleball rankings and more about product placement and sales. Plus the DUPR ranking system is trash and has way too many "resets" I wish I could leave a 0 star review but I'll settle for 1 star. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT download this terrible app.

    don't like how they've updated the app 😩 UI is better, but UX got worse! A few key features just disappeared! In previous version, there was a nice statistical graph which showed the DUPR progress of every player And we could see people’s followers which helped to find friends we played with How they will add it back 😭

    Latest update removed a lot of great features. I loved the timeline that showed your progress over time and being able to easily see how each match affected your rating . Now you have to click into each match to see how it affected your rating and the history chart is completely gone . I hope they bring those back .

    No way to close paywall. Could just be bad design. Many of the modals in the app have text that spills out. The last initial variable returns undefined in the avatar on the player detail page. Just amateur mistakes everywhere with this app. So I won’t attribute to malice what can be attributed to incompetence.

    When I launch the app I get a promo screen pop up with no way to close it. I was hoping they would fix it in the new version. There is no X in the corner to close it so the app is totally useless. Please fix.
