    I really like Form for their variety of classes, from strength with heavier weights, to Pilates and Sculpt. It’s also great to have the classes guided by an instructor, not the count-down style that other popular apps do. It’s a lot more engaging and keeps me motivated through the workout.

    I’ve been using the app for a week now and I love it! The workouts are challenging but fun and it also includes meditations and yummy healthy meals. I am doing 75 hard right now and it’s helped so much to hit all my goals :)

    The only thing I would add is some sort of tracker. I love to be able to see my progress of how many days in a row I’ve worked out or how many calories it should be burning. Maybe extra challenges like days gone by without alcohol. Other than that the workouts and instructors are great!
