  • Customer Service Absent

    We had an issue connecting our dream sock to our wifi at home (for some reason it disconnected after we had been using for 2 months without issues), so I started a chat with their AI support which was not able to fix the problem so they transferred me to a real person. Vincent was initially pleasant and seemingly very eager to help - about 5 minutes later after he transferred me to an email chain and out of the chat, and long story short he eventually just ghosted me. I was not disrespectful and felt like I was being very cooperative following every instruction he was sending me but the issue was not being fixed and seemed to be getting worse as my dream sock then disconnected from the app entirely. I simply stated, word for word "this seems like i am only going backwards and is getting quite frustrating" - no cussing, no attacking, just calmly expressing my frustration as this was 11pm and I had been working on this now for over an hour between AI and Vincent. Vincent did not respond after that, I asked for a follow up to see what else I can try and the next day I still had no response. I am incredibly disappointed with their customer service - I would understand if I was being rude to him why he would ghost me like that, but given that wasn't the case it really got my gears grinding that for a product designed around baby safety that the support is so incredibly lacking . 0 stars for Vincent himself if I were able to do so. Shame on you Vincent and Owlet customer service for allowing such neglect.

  • Fix bug please

    I love this product to keep an eye on my children but every time I try to open the camera on my iPad and I happen to exit out, the camera will not open. I have to restart my iPad and open up the app again in order for me to look into the camera. Very irritating and time-consuming. Please fix.

  • Tired of pop ups when using camera

    We loved using the owlet sock. The app was flaky for a while but I think the team worked on it, so thanks for that. My main pain point now is that we use our owlet camera as a baby monitor, but every time we open it we are prompted about our kid being too old. That’s silly - the pop up should only apply to the sock and not the camera itself. It’s frustrating to pay so much for a camera whose app does this.

    3rd time in 6 months it randomly stops working for a few nights - not a reliable product, which I’d imagine is the point.

    For something so expensive it should be easy to connect to WiFi. It constantly drops from the app. I love the idea but the execution needs work. Especially when you pay to see how the baby is sleeping.

    Pay for this product and they advertise Baby Brezza products on home page where you are trying to view your baby’s data. annoying!

  • Create something that tells temp as well!

    I absolutely love this product for giving me peace of mind with mu sweet little boy but what would make this product even better would be if there could be an added feature that also keep track of baby’s temperature so that moms can keep track of that as well! Absolutely amazing product just a thought of what would be an amazing feature.

  • Never loads

    My WiFi is strong and fast but the owlet app will never show me the feed when I open the app. Always have to wait MINUTES or force close and open app multiple times to see the feed. Will recommend to everyone to stay away from owlet

  • Don’t buy the Owlet. Return it if you can.

    I really wish I would’ve did more research and got something else. It never stays connected to the base station. It’s not far from the WiFi router at all and it struggles to stay connected. And as I’m doing more research I’m noticing it’s a common thing that happens. You’d think for the price that it is that it wouldn’t have a problem staying connected to the internet. I’ve spent every night disconnecting and reconnecting it only for it to disconnect later on in her sleep. I hate that I tore the box open and got it as a baby shower gift. I’d definitely return it and get something better. Don’t buy the owlet at all.
