  • DO NOT BUY!

Absolute garbage, it refuses to sync and if you go online you can see thousands of people having the same issue, can’t even return in as we didn’t try and use it until near the due date. I have never seen a worse way to setup a camera.
  • Buggy expensive and audio does not work well

The audio does not work well. One would think a baby monitor app would at least get that right. Sound sometimes is loud enough and sometimes it is noticeably quiet. This is across devices, so not a single device issue

We’ve had a lot of issues with this app being buggy/glitchy. Each time we open the app, we have to force quit it to be able to see live camera feed. Additionally, while we have the monitor on it will freeze and not show live feed until it’s forced to quit. This has lead to our baby crying for a while before hearing him.
  • Dangerous and infective

App doesn’t have security controls such as two factor authentication. There’s plenty of hotel stories online about this. Turned the sensitivity up all the way, and the camera captures none of my baby’s movements. I get scores of notifications through the night but none of them are of my baby moving around. I want to love this app, but there are some glaring issues.

Horrible connection, rarely Works with home WiFi, loses connection consistently
  • O2 sensor works, alerts and app are annoying and can’t be customized

The o2 measure seems to be accurate and has helped a lot. However, the app and alerts have zero room to customize which is really frustrating. One of the alerts that tells you your baby is moving too much and too check on it always goes off when I am rocking my baby to sleep causing them to wake up. But there is no way to turn this alert off or change the sensitivity. Then the other alert about sick fitting also always goes off when I grab the sock and want to put it on after changing the baby, but then it freaks out saying the sock is not fit correctly,. So, not I have to quickly rush to put the sock on before changing my babies diaper so the alarm doesn’t go off. Finally, I have not found a place to allow me to invite my partner to also use the app, which is frustrating. All that aside, the reading we actually have it has been great as it does seem to do a good job tracking o2 levels. I wish you could see the wave form to know when it is picking up a trustworthy signal, but besides that, it seems to be accurate and match the levels we were getting in the hospital before getting discharged so they seem right. So, all in all, a good product with some really annoying bugs.
  • Not reliable and expensive

The cameras and sound constantly lose the feed without any warning and can take minutes to get back online for no reason seemingly. I’ve had to use a backup radio listening device because these fail so often. For the money you could certainly buy a camera that is more dependable.
  • Always disconnects

Always having issues with streaming and real time baby monitoring. Useless when I need it. Non-WiFi monitors are likely preferred.
  • Bugs

The app is buggy and glitched with and without wifi, along with the sock. For such an expensive product, I expected more. The camera doesn’t even load anymore.
  • App is terrible

Considering the price of the sock I would expect at least decent app. I like the product itself but the app ruins it all. Not worth subscribing.
