I’ve never felt the need to write a review for an app, but as someone who is bus and doesn’t have a lot of time to research individual stocks this app is amazing. Being able to copy portfolios of those who know what they’re doing is amazing and has really helped me see the best returns. The only thing I wish there was is I wis the graph would show a line for how much I’ve invested and a line for how much I’ve made instead of just the overall balance line, because when I deposit money it looks like I made a bunch on the graph. I’m kinda new to investing so maybe this really isn’t an issue and I don’t know what I’m doing but I love the app and definitely recommend. Hopefully I get access to the crypto trading soon too, thanks dub!

Amateur lazy investor I’m not too interested in keeping tabs on my investments all day while trying to do my job. I want to be able to trust people who know the ins and outs of the industry while having a real-time view of how my investments are doing. I don’t have much money but I want to see it grow. Fun allows me to see this happening and I trust the Dub advisors as well as the contributors to the platform. The final decision always rests in my hands and I can switch portfolios anytime. I like it a lot. Moreover, tech support get back to you within hours to clear-up a query or confusion. I really appreciate their attention. Thank you.

This app keeps me informed and in control. Feedback and questions are answered quickly. Most important I feel in control of when and how much to invest.

Some of the growth is very skewed based on a small $500 investment then depositing $50,000 it has my all time +1200% or more/ less which should be more like 1.2%

I love dub actually, but I’d like to know why I can’t have access to more chart data on my accounts. In other words I can’t see year to date gains and losses per individual copy and it should allow me to overlay certain charts as well. How is it doing against the S&P for instancestuff like that. Also and this is IMPORTANT - STOP UPDATING ALL THE DAMN TIME. Its Annoying

I’ve had a recurring issue since I’ve started my sub account in June 25. It’s related to the auto invest feature that imitates recurring deposits and then invests. For the first two to three months, the deposit either wouldn’t initiate, or if did, wouldn’t invest. It would take days for customer support to respond saying the issue would be cleared up. It finally did clear up, but 12 days ago, I once again had a recurring deposit not invest. The app’s chatbot is poor AI, doesn’t address the issue, and now adds even more time until you can reach customer service. I got through to customer service two days ago saying, “We’ve escalated your case to our internal team for further investigation. For now, we will be placing your ticket on hold, but don't worry - we’ll follow up with you as soon as we receive an update.” It’s been two days and counting and still no response. I’ve responded to the email as directed twice and still crickets. I don’t want to invest the money because in the past, they’ve told me that messes up the system. So my money continues to sit there uninvested, and I continue to wait without a response. Good app for investing. Awful for customer service. Among the worst.

An engaging way to participate with a minimal amount of research. I don’t have a team of people and resources to do these sorts of things… but these folks do. Happy to follow their lead
