    Emailing prefilled responses to a customer without addressing the real problem is not a customer support resolution. I’ve engaged with the app in various ways to ensure functionality and it can be a hit or miss. I have paid my number of subscriptions alongside available balance. Unfortunately, the app bugs are preventing me from investing! My cash is with dub and not invested at all into any stock portfolio. This is a costly experience in so many directions.

    Every time I open this app - it could be daily, they are pushing updates. If your app needs updating every day or weekly, you probably designed a terrible app. This app sucks. Avoid.

    I downloaded this app with high hopes that it would help to automate my investing and grow my money. After downloading the app, you quickly realize that all of the good portfolios to copy are blocked behind the premium paywall. I ended up paying the $100 for access to the “dub advisors” premium portfolios. After paying the money, I tried to invest my money into several of the portfolios within the “dub advisors” category. Every time I try to invest, the paywall page comes up again and asks me to subscribe even though I already did!! Extremely frustrating. I reached out to their customer service and we went back and forth a few times and they accused me of subscribing to a portfolio that’s not a part of the “dub advisors” category and that that was the reason why I wasn’t able to invest my money. Absolutely ridiculous. Maybe you’ll have better luck than me using this app but my experience was terrible. I want my $100 back but I doubt they’ll refund me.

    Had difficulty getting portfolios sync’d but finally got it fixed after a couple of days. Other than that app is fine.

    Very easy to use as someone who wants to invest outside the typical retirement accounts and doesn’t have the time to truly study the market or individual stocks. I just copy a multitude of portfolios and let the experts do the rest. Great stuff!!

    This app is highly confusing the people you would wanna copy comes with $100 a month subscription I deposited 150 bucks on the 13th it has still yet to appear in the account. They are refusing to cancel my account. I am unable to get my $150 back it is just in limbo. This app is a well put together a scam run.
