    It doesn’t matter how many coins you collect there’s no way to redeem them. The only thing that pops up on my screen are different, expensive subscription plans. Very disappointing.

    So not only does this app have some of the highest cost for coins and subscriptions but you also can’t use them. They don’t even have the chapter price available. So I have over 700 coins reading a short story with only 9 chapters. I get to the 4th chapter which is the first paid chapter and I can’t open it. I notice that there not display of chapter cost or even my coin balance. So after trying everything they recommended, I sent a message with a screenshot of my balance, and was told that I was being transferred to a professional rep 10 min pass and I send another message asking if I should try back tomorrow with no answer. Not to mention that they only answer 5 star reviews, that’s praising the app. That’s a huge red flag because if they fix the problems we would all be happy and willing to spend money.

    Do not use this app. They don’t give you access to cancel the subscription so they continue to charge you. The app gives details to delete your account but deleting your account doesn’t end the subscription and it doesn’t show up in any of the subscription areas for IOS. I am about to report them to Apple Store and my bank for fraud.

    This app and it's customer service is a fraud. I purchase coins to open more chapters for my book, it will not let me open any new chapters without buying a subscription, although I already purchased coins, it wants me to give more money for a subscription. What's the point of purchasing coins, then? and when I contact your customer representative, I was told to hold on so that I can be put with a representative or an agent after 25 minutes twice of holding came back to speak to me or to resolve the issue, and after sending numerous message to prompt a response, no one responded. Starting to believe this whole app is a fraud. and I have photos from the interactions to prove it.

    The app isn’t bad from what I’ve seen but when I first saw the advertisement it said all chapters are free… not true. They are trapped behind a coin wall like every other app out there. The least you could do is claim to be cheep or give more offers for feee coins. Why lie and say the chapters are free?

  • Lack of customer service and unable to cancel subscription.

    The books aren’t bad to read but trying to get in contact with customers service is not easy. They say they will be with you in a moment then hours will go by with nothing from them and having to reopen a ticket for the same thing to happen. They make it seem like they don’t want you to cancel their subscription.

    There is no free or even inexpensive reading. Each chapter is on 5-6 pages and costs 24-36 coins or more. You can only watch enough advertisements for 3-4 chapters per day. If you bough enough coins to get through hundreds or rambling chapters you would spend $40-$60. Don’t waste your time!!

  • Accidentally subscribed and now can’t cancel

    I accidentally subscribed to this app and it’s clearly as scam as I immediately tried to cancel and cannot. It instructions you to cancel subscription in apple subscriptions but does not show up there. They don’t have customer service or another way to cancel.
