    I love the device and I feel it makes a big difference when I use it consistently. However over the past two years using it there have been several times when I get the device ready and then when I go to open the app and it won’t load. Very frustrating.

    Oh goodness! Oh golly geee! Took me a few minutes (after charging for 1.5 hrs) to figure it out…did two sessions back-to-back…SO relaxing…lovin’ it! RECOMMENDED!

    Using the pulsetto is very relaxing. The engaging music helps give you a very calming and relaxed feeling. I am enjoying the sessions very much.

    There is absolutely nothing about this product that should require an app. It’s a tens unit. It should have an auto-timer and two buttons: power and intensity. Having the app be a part of it, and locking functionality behind a paywall makes this one of the worst, most overpriced cash grabs I have seen in a while. Avoid.

    Ever since the last update, I can no longer find the CNS Tap Test. It had already moved once, and I had to search for it, but I’ve looked EVERYWHERE and cannot find it. And I DO pay for premium, so I’m being ripped off right now. FIX THIS ISSUE.

    The app is required to use the device. Horrible plan. Then it has a million adds whenever you need to use it. Ridiculous!

    This app literally has 100 different ways it asks you to spend money, after buying the product. Look I get it, making more money is what companies do, I have a business and apps myself, but CONSTANT, pop up, every button and section leads to asking for more money… its not just annoying its disrespectful. The device is decent, but size is a little wonky even with the pad. I dont have a small or large neck. Im average size. I just hate marketing that absolutely zero self awareness or respect for the people buying it. Have some class. Its just heinous

    The app is required to use Pulsetto. Most of the app is centered around trying to force the user to connect a device so they can data mine your personal metics. Good luck finding the CNS Tap test. It’s hidden and now completely gone. The insights to view CNS Tap results used to be there but are completely gone as well. This is not a user friendly app and becomes wearisome with the constant push to connect your device on every screen. No… I do not wish to hand over my biological data to Pulsetto.
