  • Paid User, Disappointing Results

    I am a paid subscriber, not a free trial user, and the experience was very disappointing. I generated one 15-second product video, and it used up a large amount of credits, but the final result was not usable. The image quality was inconsistent, the app interface was not preserved well, and the output felt more like random AI footage than a professional ad. As a paid user, the trial-and-error cost feels too high. It is difficult to know how many credits will be used or whether the result will be good enough before generating. I hope they improve credit transparency, preview accuracy, product image consistency, and overall video quality. Right now, even as a paid member, I do not think it is reliable enough for serious commercial product videos.

    Paid for a month subscription and tried to create video. Video generator failed to create and provided suggestions on changing description. I got the following message (I’m sorry, it seems there was an issue with the video generation again. Would you like me to try a different approach for the video) I agreed but Video still would not generate. I then got this message - Insufficient credits. Get more credits to continue. This is like paying for a service and the vendor can’t provide it but demands that you pay them to try again! What a ripoff!

    While trying to generate an animation It couldn’t follow instructions correctly, and repeatedly made changes I did not request. The process of trying to fix the mistakes exhausted all my credits and I still don’t have a correct version!

    This app is expensive for nothing. Even with pretty clear prompts that Grok would do, it needs 5 generations to get a quality video. That’s pathetic as per current standards.

    It’s so bad. They didn’t offer free trial so I paid $15 for a month just to edit this one video. Even after trying multiple prompts, it failed to create an appropriate video. They basically made my original video into some stupid low quality meme style video. Their advertised video qualities are amazing but the results are nothing like it.
