    When a transaction is obviously fraudulent, PayPal looks the other way. That’s just as bad as being a scammer and I am done with PayPal. Do yourself a favor and find another funding source as PayPal will not have your back when a you have a scamming issue. A solid F for this company, it’s worthless.

    I log in. It tells me I have money that I can accept. It’s impossible to find out who sent it or why. I try to pay someone. I enter the email address and it asks me if the email is the correct email. It provides no information at all about who I’m sending $ to. Who would use this terrible app?

    2nd time: Horrible app today. You’ve updated. Did that cause a glitch where I cannot find what that card number is or where to change my monthly payment TO PAYPAL, not a merchant, for existing balance on PP Credit Card. With autopay I have a set amount already set, but want to change it. I have found how to do this ONLINE already. THERE IS NO WAY TO DO THAT IN THE APP? PayPal Credit Card tile in ACCOUNTS or, WALLET DOES NOT HAVE A LINK. Spoke to 3 chats, 2 CS reps by phone who passed me on to another number to call (no energy to call now) and was told it works online, but not in the app. Duh! Is there really NO way. THERE ABSOLUTELY SHOULD BE! I just want the app to work so I DON’T HAVE TO SPEND HOURS TRYING TO FIGURE IT OUT! Please, HIRE AN APP DEVELOPER and fix it.

    La aplicación es muy buenas pero tiene una un problema muy grande es muy complicada en el sentido que es muy delicada yo estoy dando mi opinión en mi caso mi cuenta fue bloqueada y no se ni por qué razones fue bloqueada me retuvieron el dinero durante 6 meses y al pasar los 6 meses pude retirar pero la cuenta nunca más se volverá a usar para transacciones me parece injusto xq el dueño de la cuenta debe de saber el xq ósea PayPal debe dar detalles xq te está bloqueando y uno se queda con esa incógnita es por eso que no lo recomiendo a nadie es muy complicada

    From all the other platforms I’ve used PayPal is probably the simplest online payment method I’ve come across. It’s easy to set up, they don’t care if you don’t use for a certain time, it’s acceptable just about anywhere online, and customers can use just about any payment to pay you… It must have for any online business.

    Too many issues with the app. Customer service is never available, they do not have resolutions for your issues. They want you to speak with the AI assistant that is absolutely horrible and not help. I’m ready to delete the app after I HOPEFULLY fix my final resolution occuring

    Absolutely do not use PayPal — use Venmo instead. PayPal takes 3% of the money you send, so if you’re paying rent, add another $100 on top of that because that’s what they’ll take from you. Genuinely can’t believe it’s legal.
