    Your customer support is non existent and exhausting just to get back into your account. I’ve been trying to delete my account for 2 weeks now. They have no problem take all my identifications and still say it’s not me.if I could give this service 0 stars and persuade everyone not to use it I would.GARBAGE

    Options for notifications are a nightmare to navigate, seem to reset themselves sometimes, and don't seem to have any actual effect.

  • No longer good for job searching cannot view pay or search by pay

    They have removed a lot of the job searching features that indeed provides for free. You can no longer search by pay and filter by pay. LinkedIn is now only good for networking. Use indeed instead because they have better job search tools. LinkedIn premium is also not worth it.

    I got my account restricted and was unable to use my ID to regain access to my account. I thought to email LinkedIn to fix the issue, however the app has no way to contact any form of support if you’re not logged in, which I obviously couldn’t be. So I completely lost my account. Shame on you, LinkedIn for disgracing your users.

  • Posting in App needs major improvements

    I write a lot of posts to share on my LinkedIn profile and I use a lot of photos taken on my phone so I like to use the app to do the posts rather than on desk top. Sadly, there’s always issues with the size of the photos or the app ends up crashing and I’ve lost my carefully written posts multiple times due to this. Please improve these glitches as it’s an awful experience to write up posts, select photos and organize things in a careful manner only to lose all of the work multiple times due to the app crashing or not loading the photos right. I’ve given up on several posts due to this.

    I have lost my work, countless times. Writing and editing comments is a disappointing experience. So much brain power wasted on comments that disappear before you’re able to publish them.
