    This has helped me so much to lose 16 pounds and maintain it. Using the macro I can see in a second how much protein and fiber I have had/need today. I aimed for 100 grams protein and 23 grams fiber. Totally works with 1200 calorie per day. Records my weight/easy to update/refect back too. Exercise records are very simple and can opt to include or not the calories you burned. This app is simple, accurate, and I 100% recommend. The articles are also helpful and current information
