    They updated the app so it doesn't work unless you update your phone. Then they say you can't log in unless you verify yourself in app, which doesn't work because you have to update your phone. Useless

    My partner cannot afford a new phone currently and is stuck using a hand-me-down iPhone 8 that no longer receives iOS updates from Apple. But for some reason you all have been giving him notifications at log in every day for months about how the app “requires” an update to be used, but then let him log in anyway after dismissing the notification. But now suddenly, he can’t open the app, AND the website REQUIRES you to use the app to log in fully. So he’s locked out of his own bank account because like. You guys are classist I guess? What is someone without a smartphone at all supposed to do to log in online at the library?

    Would love to see why I can’t afford groceries, but just so happens the people making this app just NEED you to run a later form of IOS that’s incompatible with older phones. I’m sick of being left behind by an APP because I simply don’t have the money to upgrade my device. By the way, if you got this far without upgrading, that’s what they suggest to you. Would be nice if I could afford it, but now I can’t even figure out why I can’t EAT. Well, I’m sure I can find something free and flavorful for Chase Bank to eat.
